Here, the sun can be enjoyed from noon to sunset.🌅 To the east, there is a small terrace where morning coffee can be enjoyed☕️ The area is ideal for walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside, where you often see deer, hares, pheasants and squirrels🦌🐿️

The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

Primitive Rustic Village House

Little old primitive house from year 1947. The house has a fireplace as the main heating source. So in the cold season please only book this place if you know how to use a fireplace as it's very cold with no fire. The house is located in a small village called Dokkedal right next to a huge nature area and the east coast. You'll have your own entrence into this beautiful nature area a few meters from the main door. Pets are allowed and the house is an old one so it's not allergy friendly.

Lovely modern 99 m² holiday home for 6 guests. Two bedrooms with double beds, large loft with standing height and 2 extra beds. Modern kitchen and living area on split levels with wood stove, alcove, air conditioning and internet. Spacious natural plot with cosy corners, wooden terraces, vildmarksbad (wood-fired hot tub), outdoor shower and fire pit. 1 km to Hou with harbour, shops, restaurants, playgrounds and child-friendly beaches.
