The apartment is 86 m2 spread over 2 floors and with a covered terrace with a gas grill and a lovely balcony for afternoon cocktails and relaxation. There are 5 beds (1 pc. 180x220 cm, 2 pcs. 90x220 cm) divided into 2 rooms. In addition, an alcove in the bedroom with one 90x220 cm sleeping space. There is one private parking space for the apartment. All prices include electricity, water & heating.

Parking for two hours behind the building and free between August 18 and 28, paid parking across the street, and otherwise three hours of parking at Kunsten and free on the residential streets.
