There are good bus connections to all of Aalborg and the surrounding area near the house. Parking is available at the house. The villa is a so-called 2-family house, with two separate apartments. The apartment for rent is on the 1st floor of the house. Hall, with private kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. The house's entrance divides the two apartments with a staircase. There are separate keys for the two apartments.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located home. Private entrance, kitchen living room, toliet and bathroom. In the bright kitchen and spacious kitchen living room you and your friends/family can make and enjoy a good dinner. You can also head out to the terrace and enjoy the good days and evenings. There is a fire pit and trampoline for the childish souls. 1 km down to the city center, where there are several restaurants and good shopping. Mastrup lakes with lots of trail systems right in the backyard and only 10 min drive from Rold forest.

The house is originally from 1895, totally renovated in 2023 with an eye for quality. The house contains everything you need for a pleasant stay. The home is on 2 floors and contains on the 1st floor 2 good rooms with quality beds and good closet space. Cozy house on the outskirts of Hjallerup. Here you get a whole house with 4 sleeping places. Bedroom 1 double bed 180x210. Bedroom 2 double bed 160x200. Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle. Bathroom with washer and dryer, access to large cozy garden, and enclosed courtyard. The whole plot is fenced in. All beds are made and towels are provided for everyone. Relax in this serene space before the trip goes out in Vendsyssel. Here is a short distance to the highway and beautiful nature.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Unique house with the city's best location

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the heart of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but has been newly renovated in respect of the house's long history. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sand-colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall holds plenty of coziness, nooks and crannies and stories.
