Location location location! Definitely the right place to stay to be walking distance from the historic center of Santiago de Compostela. The apt was very spacious and everything looked as the pictures. Ester was very welcoming and provided local recommendations when asked. Great place overall!!

A good place to stay if you want peace and quiet. It is secluded from everything but close to the most touristy areas. the house is very spacious, clean and with everything you need (and more) a nice garden and pool.

The house and setting are wonderful. It's a very large house, well decorated and equipped, with spectacular views. It takes very little time to get to downtown Santiago from there, by car or bus. Javier is an excellent host, very attentive and kind. We spent a few dreamy days, which leave us with a beautiful and unforgettable memory. Thank you for everything, Javier

Victoria was the most helpful and wonderful host you could wish for! She gave us a little tour of the area and also lifts to and from the railway station, which was absolutely brilliant. She was so friendly and lovely. The apartment was also perfect in every way. Situated directly on the route of the Camino it was an easy walk into the centre where we were stunned by the beautiful and old architecture of the city centre and cathedral. The beds were comfy, it was quiet and also cool inside and everything was provided.

Francisco and Luísa treated us wonderfully, they are two very kind and lovely gentlemen. As for the accommodation, it is a restored house and is spectacular, with all the amenities a well-equipped house can offer. Everything was super clean and super tidy. We will certainly repeat, as the area is very quiet and close to numerous coves and numerous restaurants. Thank you Luisa and Francisco!!

Without a doubt, one of the best Airbnbs I've been to. The house is perfect. It has all the amenities. Everything was very clean and tidy. It was our second time at Santiago's house, and I'm sure we'll repeat. We felt at home in his apartment, which is very cozy and has everything you need. The building's grounds are delightful, very quiet and with several spaces to enjoy the outdoors. Santiago is waiting for everything to go well. The concierge staff are also very attentive. I went with my partner at the end of February and our experience was very positive. The area is very quiet and in perfect condition. The entrance to the building is beautiful and when we got to the apartment we saw that it was fully equipped and that it was very nice. We were very comfortable, it was perfect for two people: bright, spacious, a huge tv, comfortable sofa, more than enough kitchen utensils, bathroom equipped with towels, gel, shampoo, conditioner, cream etc of the ritual range. And I would emphasize that everything was clean. We felt very comfortable and if we return to Santiago we are clear that we will ask for these accommodations again. 100% recommended. The apartment is impeccable and is very comfortable. The development comes with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. The location is excellent for visiting the Island of La Toja and to get to know the entire Rías Baixas area, which is beautiful. A great value, the price is great for the location it is in. In addition to having very easy access, it is a 3-minute walk to the Marina and next to Casco Vello and the city center. No matter the schedule, the location is very convenient (especially for me, who had a stroller and needed easy access to the city. Although the entrance to the building has stairs, there is an elevator inside, which is a great help. Cesar was very helpful when I needed help and responded very quickly to my messages. The space is completely renovated and decorated with great care and good taste. Alexa is integrated with the whole house and, although it has no air conditioning, the house is equipped with top-notch appliances, such as a Dyson fan and heaters. The sofa bed is large and comfortable and the kitchen is complete and impeccable, with a good space to prepare some meals. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious, clean and in the city center. Mariló was very accommodating and Isidro welcomed us with clear and concise instructions. Sleep may be disturbed by people coming out of a nightclub located nearby. I would recommend it.
