Each duplex has two bedrooms, a bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet on the mezzanine, as well as a living room with an equipped kitchen and a private terrace. The outdoor garden, pool and barbecue areas are shared. Located just steps from Rons Beach, very close to downtown, they have free WiFi and free private parking. One pet is accepted, which must always be accompanied in common areas.

The property has a garage space, which is very useful in A Illa de Arousa, as it can be difficult to find parking in high season.
