L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

The building is from the 1800th, so the five floors are to be walkded upstairs (by human power:) The « award » is being high up, far from noise and close to the sun:)

Few steps away from Anvers metro station (3 mn walk according to Google) you'll go anywhere in Paris within few minutes! The apartment has entirely been renovated in 5 months.

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Bedroom with stackable beds, can be set up as a large queen bed, or two side-by-side single beds, or one single bed. Eat-in kitchen with combo microwave/traditional oven, half-size dishwasher, granite countertop and glass tiles. In living room sofa folds open. Access to small and functional courtyard for drying clothes or storing outdoor gear (bike, strollers, etc.).

Stay in an authentic Haussmannian apartment renovated in 2020 by a designer in a quiet and secure building. 1200 square feet ideally located in the center of Paris. Walking distance from the Louvre, Galeries Lafayette, Opéra Garnier, Centre Pompidou... Lighty and airy, fully equipped : fiber broadband, Nespresso machine, comfortable duvets. With its traditional metal and glass facade, it benefits from unusually high ceilings of over 3 meters. Kitchen just renovated & entire studio repainted January 2019. With a double bed, (140cm x 190cm) immaculate white-tiled bathroom, shower, toilet, sink and heated towel racks. A unique property for unique guests.
