Apartment vacation rentals in 7th arrondissement

The view and the location were excellent as disclosed by the owner. This has become one of our best stays in our travels. The owner was very responsive as well so our stay became very easy. We wish to return this place next time as well.

Lovely apartment very close to the Eiffel Tower with gorgeous views of the Eiffel Tower. Great location with multiple restaurants, takeaways, and grocery stores within walking distance. Would not hesitate to book this again when returning to Paris..

We felt extremely comfortable in Alex's apartment. Alex was a very nice and reliable host. The apartment convinces with its good location, the absolute highlight is the balcony with a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower. It couldn't be better.

It’s a very clean and lovely place. Enjoyed very much with my husband. Close to metro line 6 which takes you to pretty much all the major places. Host is also very helpful and responsive.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Victor’s apartment while in Paris. The apartment is located in the heart of Saint Germain just off Boulevard Saint Germain in a very nice and well maintained building. Victor greeted me at the apartment when I checked in and was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment itself is very stylish, clean and quite spacious for Paris. I hope to be back here soon!

I’m a frequent visitor to Paris, but this was my first Airbnb experience. I booked Arthur’s place months in advance because it was listed as a rare find with excellent reviews. For this trip, my family and I wanted something different—a true Parisian flat with charm, character, and a great view, rather than a hotel stay. Arthur met us outside the apartment, gave us a tour, and even shared a bit about growing up there. He was always easy to reach and very responsive, which was much appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed, which was perfect for our family with two small kids. We had breakfast and lunch there comfortably—it was fully equipped for cooking. And having the Eiffel Tower right in front of us while sipping coffee in the morning or wine in the evening was truly magical. Thank you, Arthur!

The host welcomed us kindly and responded quickly, so it was convenient. There are delicious bakeries and markets around the property within a 5-minute walk, so it's very convenient! Thank you.

Xavier's place is in the heart of Paris. With a peek of our heads out one window, we had a view of the Eiffel Tower and out another window, the Musee D'Orsay. The D'Orsay is an easy couple of blocks away. On the same block or two are a number of restaurants, small shops, bakery, and a couple of cafe's. Quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but a close walk to all the sights. Xavier's place had everything we needed and felt wonderful and cozy to return to at the end of a long day taking in Paris' sights. Xavier took care to show us around his place and how everything worked. We would absolutely stay there again after a wonderful first visit to Paris.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Didier’s home. Our favorite aspect was the location, right in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood, filled with quant little cafes, bakeries, shops, and local families too. It was so special to see how real Parisian’s live and we feel blessed to have found this place. We also appreciated Didier’s clear communication.

We enjoyed our stay here so much and really loved the apartment. Eric and Amélie really made us feel at home here. The apartment itself has everything: small kitchen & kitchen cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, kitchen table for 2 with a bottle of wine (thank you!), full bath, steamer to use, balcony to have meals on and a nice sized TV. Aesthetically it was also very pleasing and we enjoyed hanging out inside. There is a grocery store just across the street and a ton of restaurants around to eat at. This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Paris. You can also see the top of a Eiffel tower if you stand outside on the balcony. That was nice to see when it was lit up at night.

Sylvie and Max were extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. Their place is beautifully quaint and comfortable. They had everything thoughtfully prepared for our arrival with local recommendations and directions on how to get around. We also appreciated the warmth of having flowering roses and orchids in the apartment, as much as the local pastries and the bottle of chilled champagne. The location is convenient to the Metro stations so we were able to easily visit there the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musèe d’Orsay, and Musèe L’Armee. We also walked to the Panthèon and Notre Dame which took no time at all. With all the beauty of Paris we experienced during our stay, my favorite part was standing on their balcony and taking it all in. The view is spectacular ! You will love being there. Located in the center of Paris, great place to stay for exploring the city

Absolute 5 star stay. This place is worth every penny. The team is super responsive for any needs. After a long flight, they were super accommodating in getting us into the place early- a touch very much appreciated. I will miss this place, and will look back at the great memories made here in Paris.

This was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. Antoine is an amazing host. He was friendly, communicative, and provided great recommendations. The apartment itself is gorgeous! So Parisian and in the most perfect location close to wonderful restaurants, bars, and the Eiffel tour. Our family of 3 was so comfortable. Even the pullout bed was comfortable to sleep on. I can’t say enough good things about this apartment and the host. I hope to return!

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

The apartment is just the way it looks in the photos. Everything was very clean and it was extremely quiet. The darkening shades in the bedrooms are amazing! It's very close to three different metro stations. There are a couple of really good bakeries nearby: Le Moulin de la Croix Nivert and Bourlangerie Etc Kayser across from Place Violet. The washing machine was a bit of a challenge since I didn't know how to operate a washer/dryer combo machine. Vincent was responsive and attentive. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The metro made everything reachable.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier’s place. It is located in the nicest area and all the locals around were so friendly. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking outside, you are almost immediately able to see Notre Dame which is a short 5 minute walk. As far as the home goes, it was ver comfortable and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Xavier for the wonderful stay!

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.
