Loft vacation rentals in 7th arrondissement

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. It’s a beautiful, house, cozy and had all that we needed. Great location, close to metro, nice shops, restaurants nearby, yet quiet and peaceful. Check-in ,check out was easy with clear instructions. We felt welcomed in Paris. Marc and Richard are great hosts.

Erin's place was perfect for our stay! We couldn't have asked for a better location. The apartment was clean and so cozy! The accommodations were comfortable and well maintained. Erin was a very responsive host and provided a great list of local recommendations for restaurants, entertainment and shopping. We would definitely book with Erin again!

Thank you María! María is a very attentive host! The appartement is beautiful, and located close to the metro in a lovely area. Shops and bakeries are nearby, as well as the market on Sunday. The check in is flexible and communicating with María was easy and smooth.

The location was amazing! We loved Paris!

The location of the house is good, within 5 minutes on foot, there is a lot of food around, transportation is easy to get around, and it is also very convenient to take the subway to go to the city near the Louvre. The most important thing is that the landlord was very friendly and very warm.When we checked in, we talked to the host because of some small problems, the host was very patiently resolved, and then very warmly recommended us a lot of delicious and fun food nearby, and the host learned that we were Chinese, very happy in the future, and was very enthusiastic about us.Overall a good stay. (The only disadvantage is that the sound insulation of the house is a little worse, but the whole neighborhood is still quite quiet)

If you’re in Paris for tourism, this apartment is located in the best possible area of Paris. Everything you ever wanted to see in Paris is literally around the corner. Val welcomed us in person and was very friendly and helpful. Such a pleasure to meet. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

We loved our time on Rue Amelot! Always a pleasure to do stay at Carole’s apartment. It’s easy access to the metro, local restaurants, bakeries and the Marais made our trip perfect.

Fabulous apartment in a terrific neighborhood. Quiet. Spacious. Super quiet with no street noise as it essentially opens to a courtyard on both sides. High ceilings and great natural light. AC. Non-smoking which is a bonus in Paris. Super clean with brand new remodel and responsive host. I would not hesitate to share at here again. It was also nice that the toilet was separated from the bedroom vanity/bathtub and that was separated from the shower so with a family of 3 it didn’t feel at all like we were sharing a bathroom. If you close the doors and curtains to the bedroom it creates total privacy. Yes you will need to walk up two flights of stairs but it’s Paris so that’s to be expected. Squeaky clean. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at.

Jessica was exceptionally kind and responsive. The location was within a mile to everything to keep you busy for a week in Paris.

I would stay again and have already recommended to friends. A fantastic penthouse with excellent light and a super cool layout. The location was really quiet at nights & mornings too. The location was incredible: on the border of Le Marais has access to amazing eats without the noise. A 20 minute walk gets you to 1/3 of prime Paris.

The place is beautiful and we felt like Parisians right away. Marie-Helene is a very thoughtful and gracious host who was always very quick to reach and took touching care. The location is also perfect, right by a lot of good restaurants and shops and yet the apartment is very quiet. We can highly recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with thoughtful touches. Super comfy beds, our teens loved the mezzanine level bedroom. Easy access to metro( we found nearest was Rue de Boulet) Super bakery- Pepite nearby, also Carrefour and Franprix (also useful for Nanny drop bags). Try easy access to the many attractions of Paris. Would thoroughly recommend.

Overall Gilian was a great host and this Airbnb was a great spot in Paris, it was very safe and the neighborhood is great. The room fits 4-5 people well.

Severing was amazing, from the time of booking through greeting us on arrival and checking with us after checkout. The pictures are amazing but being there with the view can't be captured in a pic it's better. Transportation to the city is easy with multiple options to get you anywhere you want to visit. After long days of sight seeing it was great to get away from all the hustle and retreat to a quiet sanctuary. I would definitely book again on our next visit.

We are so relieved to come home each night to a clean, spacious and comfortable place to rest. We enjoyed the place. Thanks a lot, Eric.
