Il est idéalement situé à deux pas de la ligne 3 qui traverse le centre de Paris Donnant sur un jardin, vous êtes protégés des regards et des bruits de la rue et vous pourrez apprécier la verdure et la lumiere à travers les grandes baies vitrées. Le logement est situé dans un quartier très agréable avec de nombreux espaces verts, des commerces, restaurants et cafés. Le supermarché, ouvert 7/7 de 8h a 21h, est en face de l immeuble.

Bel appartement Design Paris 20ème

Bel appartement design et au calme, à 2min à pied de la campagne à Paris et du "village St Blaise" (où vous pourrez déguster les pizzas de Peppe Cutraro ; sacré meilleur pizzaïolo du monde en 2019). Le quartier est très agréable et le métro le plus proche est à 300m (Porte de Bagnolet - M3). L'appartement se situe au 1er étage et donne sur cour. Attention : Il n'y a pas d’ascenseur. Si vous connaissez mal le 20ème arrondissement n'hésitez pas à me le dire que je vous le fasse découvrir :)

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

Vue magnifique, lumineux, localisation parfaite!

My apartment is located 200m from Buttes Chaumont and a few steps from Belleville. This location is ideal since it offers access to calm, greenery and Parisian entertainment at the same time. Many nearby metro lines allow you to easily move around Paris and it is also very easy to get around on foot. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and offers a superb view of the entire southwest of Paris.

Very quiet independent apartment with full panoramic view of Paris. Very bright and large bedroom with a glass roof ( former atelier d’artiste ) , balcony/terrace. Equiped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and independent toilets. Metro at the foot of the building! This independant apartment is part of our parisian home , and we live in the same building , you can rely on us during your stay .

Appartement joli et calme à côté du Père Lachaise

Appartement calme et lumineux, juste à côté du métro. A proximité de commerces, bars et restaurants. Le quartier est très agréable et on peut facilement se déplacer à pied pour visiter d'autres quartiers très attrayants. Une visite du père Lachaise s'impose, c'est un havre de paix et c'est très agréable de s'y promener. La ligne de métro mène directement à Montmartre.

Can not recommend Nathalie's apartment enough. It's a gorgeous home that is particularly curated to Nathalie's taste in art and furniture. It has plenty of small details that make it unique and also incredibly calm and homely. The location is great for getting into central Paris but equally there is plenty to do immediately around the apartment. Some wonderful shops and bars/cafes. I hope to return and to stay with Nathalie. Please, do yourself a favour and stay here, you won't regret it!

L’appartamento è perfettamente corrispondente alle foto, anzi, più bello che in foto ;) una casa ideale per una famiglia con bambino, con ogni confort, spazi adatti per i piccoli e rari per una città come Parigi, arredamento di classe e un bellissimo spazio esterno. Assolutamente consigliata ❤️

Staying at Simon’s place felt like staying at a friend’s home which is exactly what you want when you’re in Paris! The terrace was perfect for the sunny days we had in Paris. For us, the location was excellent and always in walking distance to a few metro lines and great restaurants.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Louis and Pablo’s apartment in Paris! They were exceptional hosts, attentive, easy to communicate with, and full of great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The flat itself was a dream. Located on the 10th floor, it offered breathtaking views over the Paris skyline, you could see all the major landmarks right from the windows. It was spacious, spotless, and had three beautiful French doors that opened up to let in the breeze, which was perfect as it was 26+ degrees whilst we were there. The location was just as impressive. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to the metro, with excellent transport connections across the city. Plus, there were amazing bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries all just a short stroll away. This was genuinely one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed in Paris, and I’ll be recommending it to anyone visiting the city. I would absolutely stay here again!
