Loved the homely apartment, it was relaxing and full of character. We discovered so many areas at this location. Enjoyed walking to and from apartment as well as several metro options. We loved the proximity of the Cannibale cafe which we loved and the boulangerie.

We had such a lovely stay at Heloise's apartment. Not only was Heloise so sweet, she also accommodated us on very short notice. We can't thank her enough for being so kind, considerate, and going above and beyond for us. We felt right at home in the space, everything was exactly as pictured, and the rooftop views were fabulous. The entire space is clean, bight, and comfortable. The location is perfect if you are looking for calm and quite during the night, but the flat is also situated perfectly in relation to other areas of Paris. It's boarders Le Marias and is right by the 11th which gives a very local vibe. The apartment is one of our very favorite airbnbs we have stayed at and we would not hesitate to book the space on another trip to Paris. Thank you again Heloise for making our stay memorable. We really enjoyed our time in your beautiful space.

We had a lovely stay at Frédérique's apartment. The accommodation is nice, clean, quiet, and perfectly located — close to the Gambetta metro. Everything went smoothly, and communication with Frédérique was simple, warm and attentive. Thank you again for the welcome and kindness!

We stayed at Amine & Jade’s apartment for two weeks and had a lovely time. The location was great and they were very responsive hosts. The space was just as pictured, clean, and the elevator was a plus. Thank you so much!

Francois is a very responsive and friendly host. The apartment itself is small - the same as in the photo, but very nice, clean and with everything you need. The area is not noisy, supermarkets are within walking distance. I really liked the embankment of the canal - it was nice to watch the ordinary life of Parisians.

Beautiful complex of 2 houses quietly located at the end of a large private courtyard. Private parking is so cool! And right across the street from the RER metro, that's great! Super comfortable bedding, large private terrace, super clean and super welcoming and friendly team. That's really great, thank you!!!

Despite a late booking on our part, Dayday made himself available. Very nice host, very clean accommodation with good equipment including the jacuzzi. I would recommend the place!!

Great stay at Éric's. The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. Hanging Moment. We had a great time at this Airbnb. Beyond the listing. We had a real experience that Yohann and his wife were able to create. And this one started from the first phone calls . The place is beautiful. The hosts were able to respond with brilliance to all my additional requests (decoration, breakfast). The city is also very charming. Yohann hosted us wonderfully. We had very warm and friendly exchanges. I don't exaggerate when I get back. This was our one year anniversary, I sincerely thank them as they participated in this exceptional time. I recommend!!!!

My kids and I had a lovely stay. Not only because the rental is tastefully decorated but also because it was really very clean, functional and comfortable (both the beds and the sofa). In addition, the village is very cute and has a peaceful atmosphere. We were able to fully enjoy Paris by going to the RER station of La Hacquiniere which is only 5 minutes by car and where it is easy to park. Angélique is very welcoming and friendly.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

About 8 minutes walk from RER C station, the soundproofing of the room is not particularly good, you will hear the sound of the next door talking at night, the room is not bad

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

The apartment is too beautiful. It overlooks a garden. Parc de Bagnolet with a great view of Paris and the suburbs is right next door. Metro is very close too. But you can also walk to Paris, in any case in the 20th.

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite an unforeseen event on our part, I would recommend it 100%.
