Very nice place, close to amenities and the metro station.

Beautiful 1 bed flat in a quiet residential area. The flat is exactly as described and Jean-Baptiste is an extremely responsive host. The flat is very quiet (there is virtually no noise coming in from the street or from the neighbours), and it is very well connected (the closest metro station is 10 min away by walk or less). Near the building there is also a small groceries store with anything you might need for your stay. Overall, I had a great time in Jean-Baptiste’s place, and I’ll definitely consider it again for my next trip to Paris.

Absolutely loved this place! Not only is the view insane but it’s also just a really cute, well decorated, charming and cozy apartment. I like how it’s in a calmer neighborhood away from all the tourists. Really felt like I was immersed in Parsian life. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Michael :)

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sara's place. Everything from the space to the decor to the location was absolutely perfect. Pictures do not do it justice as I wish I could literally live here everyday. It's a gem in the neighborhood and I would absolutely choose here again whenever I come back to Paris. Don't walk, run to this booking! Sara was super helpful with all of my questions about the space and the city. She gave us recommendations for local activities and was helpful with travel questions. Overall, had a wonderful stay!

book with confidence! aldric’s apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed. i especially appreciated the comfy bed after long days of touristing. aldric is a superb and friendly communicator and was able to offer me flexibility on check-in time. the place has everything you need to feel at home. lots of excellent restaurants and coffee shops nearby. great neighborhood to explore and easy to get around the city with nearby metro public transportation. A+

We stayed at Antoine’s home for a week and absolutely loved it. The home is cosy with beautiful wooden beams and a lovely open space. The place is well equipped and you are surrounded by beautiful, quiet court yards filled with greenery. It is very much like staying in a rural area with the city of Paris on your doorstep. The best of both worlds. Antoine’s Neighbour are very friendly and Antoine was very helpful providing clear instruction of how to enter the property. Just outside is the local metro station and everything you may need, plus many restaurants, cafes and boulangeries! Such a gem of a home! We will definitely be staying again!

We loved our stay at Marianne’s apartment. It was beautiful, stylish, and extremely comfortable and clean for a few nights in Paris. Located close to metro stations and tucked in a lovely neighborhood. Marianne was quick at responding and lovely in checking us in. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Ideal for couple. The flat was very clean and nice. 10 min walk to Train station, supermarkets are close by. i highly recommend this place. Overall very good experience. Thank you Julien

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Laurent was a great host, and the apartment was cute, compact, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The view out the window was excellent for the price! Entering the unit felt very secure and safe.

Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
