The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Central apartment, ideally located 500 m from Place Bellecour, and 800 m from Vieux Lyon 3 rooms in perfect condition on the top floor of a 7-story building with elevator and a fabulous view of the Rhône, the Hôtel-Dieu and the Basilica of Fourvière. Very nice 15 m2 terrace No need for a car, all public transport is close to the accommodation, tram, metro, public bike. Shops nearby, Lyonnais bouchons, bar-barges on the quays, walks along the Rhône.

The countryside in the city. Only 10 min walk from the Hotel de Ville, perched on the heights of Vieux-Lyon, our house is a gem of greenery in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It offers beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available free of charge. But be careful, the most direct access to the city is only via the stairs in St Paul (see photo).

The apartment is fully equipped and perfectly suited for a tourist or business stay in Lyon. Free WiFi. It is ideally located: 5 min walk from Jean-Macé metro (line B) and tram T2. Gare de la Part-Dieu is accessible in 2 metro stops (5 min) and Gare de Perrache is 2 tram stops (4 min).

It is located on the top floor -with a view - in a typical building, dating from the 19th century, 100 m from Place des Terreaux and Hôtel de Ville de Lyon, less than 200 m from the metro station "Hôtel de Ville" and the main bus lines (C3) , and about 5 minutes from Vieux Lyon on foot.
