L’idée pour la construction de cet appartement est basé sur le principe écologique et la meilleure qualité possible. Pour la santé et au bien-être de ses occupants. Les matériaux utilisés sont naturels, bois, métal, laine de bois pour l’isolation et peintures biologiques. C'est pourquoi nous y avons gardé des briques d'origines, de plus comme vous pourrez le constater la décoration est volontairement faite de matériaux bruts afin de rappeler le passé artisanal du lieu.
