All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Entièrement équipé et meublé d'antiquités, notre appartement logera 4 invités avec un lit queen size et un canapé convertible très comfortable. Nous sommes très disponibles pour faire que votre séjour reste inoubliable !

Guest accommodation with an Eiffel Tower view is not shared, it's like a studio with a balcony. On the balcony: 1 table and 2 chairs, a space is reserved for gardening.
