Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Very quiet 1 king-size bed, fully-equipped appartment in the heart of the lively 11th arrondissement, conveniently located in a "dead-end" street (hence no traffic at all) . Everything you need near-by, and métro 9 station "Charonne" 2 minutes away. 2nd floor (no elevator), lovely neighboors but strict "no noise" policy in the building (not ideal to party, invite many people or listen to loud music, you will be in trouble very quickly!)

The large fully equipped kitchen is a cook's dream and the perfect place to whip up a meal after a visit to Marché de Bastille or Marche d’Aligre. Tucked away on a quiet impasse, you will find some of the best food in Paris at your doorstep.

All the rooms in the apartment have at least one window which makes it very bright and pleasant to live in even when the sun is shy in Paris. I live in a family neighborhood with access to the Coulée Verte from the street. All shops and amenities nearby. At the foot of metro lines 6 and 8.
