Good accommodation, perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom and nice living room. Being a basement, it lacks sunlight, but that's something that's already understood, being a basement.

This was a perfect place to stay for the week I was in Ede for work. Very comfortable accommodations in an interesting setting. Felt very safe. It was nice having the cafe available. Location is within a short walking distance to trans and busses. Would highly recommend! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive.

Had a wonderful stay with our two young children (1 and 3.5). A couple of sheep in front of the door, nice. Apartment small but exactly as described and due to efficient layout everything is in it. Long bed (2.10?) box spring. and good sofa that has not sagged. Bikes with child seats rented. We recommend it.

The location of the apartment offers a very good starting point for activities by bike as well as car to explore the surroundings. It is quietly located on the edge of a village center and yet not secluded.

A nice cottage to stay with the family (9 people). Plenty of space, both indoor and outdoor. Outside a lot of space in the yard with various seats and playground equipment. The animals present are a bonus. The kitchen is complete, the bathrooms very tidy and the beds are nice. Communication with Agnes went well, even if she was not there, she asked if everything was to your liking. In short, a place to come back to.

Upon arrival it was already clear: this is going to be a great stay. Very friendly people in the area, beautiful nature, much to look forward to, with regard to upcoming activities in the days after. I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

I came to Arnhem to study, and while I was looking for a permanent stay, I found this place which was more affordable than other places that offered similar services, and with big surprise I found out I had everything I needed. The flat is a bit far from the center, but the area is very well connected to it, with 10 mins walk and 10 mins bus I could reach my university every morning. Also Willem and Anne are very kind and respectful people and it’s really nice to see friendly cats in the area also! Maybe because of its structure, it’s quite easy to hear other people’s noises inside the building so I needed to get used to it. The washing machine is a big plus for the place, and the garden looks like a secret garden from a movie and it looks like Willem takes good care of it. Overall, I felt extremely comfortable in my flat that even if it’s small it had literally everything I needed, so I would 100% suggest this place to friends/family that come to visit!

Sterre's house was fantastic. Has all the comforts and very clean. A wonderful sofa, wonderful shower and wonderful beds. Her instructions were clear and we even got a nice cake on arrival! Despite the less beautiful weather, we had a great time at restaurants nearby and playing games in the house. I can recommend this stay to anyone!

We had a great time at Eefje's place. The place is spacious and met all of our expectations. The outside is perfect for breakfast. the two bikes available allowed us to discover the city and put us in the shoes of Dutch. The two cats are very cute and sociable

A very nice and cozy apartment that is actually more spacious than it appears on the pictures. Despite the fact that it was pretty cold outside, the apartment was really warm. I loved the fire place! It is in a comfortable walking distance to the University Medical Center. The apartment has enough space to relax and work and the kitchen is well equipped. Parking is super easy on the adjacent parking space.

Very comfy place to stay, quiet area yet not so far from centre. Close to the Rhine with some beautiful views.
