We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

We fell in love wirh this place 🥰 We were three families (a total of 10 adults/children) staying in Vrsi during our vacation in Croatia, and it was truly a fantastic choice. We did a lot of research beforehand, and the house lived up to our expectations (so much so that we extended our stay quite a bit). The house was absolutely magical, with large social spaces and it was super fresh yet charming. The pool was a highlight, and the children played for many hours each day. The pool was heated, which was really great. There was also an olive grove next to the house, which provided a nice atmosphere. The host, Romana, was wonderful and very helpful and quick to respond, which made our stay smooth. The area of Vrsi was cozy and close to the sea, so we could easily take a dip whenever we wanted. A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! The first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but that was completely unnecessary in retrospect. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I would recommend this villa without reservation. It was an unforgettable beautiful stay. I'd love to come back!

We stayed for 2 weeks at Ivo's place and had a wonderful holiday there. The apartment is very well-designed, cozy, and comfortable. You will find everything you need. The pool was a real must during the hot summer days, and the children loved it. By the way, they're adding a gym next to the pool, making it a real draw for sporty travelers. Additionally, the location is ideal: the charming and vibrant medieval district, the nearest beach, the shops, and the restaurants are just a few steps away from the apartment. Krka National Park, the Wall of Oštrica, the beach at Grebaštica, and many other landmarks and attractions are also nearby. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to explore the region and enjoy the charm of Croatia.

Comfortable and Lovely Apartment well located.Good host. Good Food everywhere in Zadar. Brilliant to explore Islands and National Parks. Only slight issue a struggle to park the hire car some days

Oh my goodness what a special place! We loved staying here. The porch has a brand-new shade and we were out there anytime we were not outside. Jumped in the Adriatic right at the base of the apartment, and also across the little port at the protected area. The A/C worked great - there are two units!! - and the hosts are super friendly and helpful with absolutely everything.
