Lake, opera house and Stadelhofen train station, from which Zurich airport can be reached in 20 minutes, are within 2 minutes walking distance. The old town, Bahnhofstrasse and the Kunsthaus Zürich are within 10 minutes walking distance. Restful sleep in extra large bed 200cm x 200cm. Dyson fan and air purifier for allergy sufferers are available.

Lovely and cosy studio in the center of Zurich. Walking distance to the university & ETH (5min), the main station (15’ downwards and 20’ uphill if you're in good shape). It has a direct Tram connection to the airport (25min) and is very well located to all sightseeing spots of Zurich. It's a studio formed of one larger main room and a smaller bedroom (separated but not with a door) and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Tea or coffee can be prepared in the tea-kitchen.

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
