Het is een gezinswoning met veel ruimte en 4 slaapkamers (in totaal 7 slaapplaatsen plus eventueel 2 losse matrassen op de grond) Parkeren kan voor de deur en is gratis. De woning is dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en strand met boulevard, waar allerlei horeca zit. Naast het strand zijn er allerlei recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook is de metro dichtbij, waarmee je binnen een half uur in centrum Rotterdam zit. Rondom de zevenhuizerplas is een natuurgebied waar je kan fietsen, skaten en wandelen.

The Black Barn: stijlvol vakantiehuis in een voormalige werkplaats nabij de Hollandse IJssel. Ruim verblijf voor 4 personen met 2 slaapkamers. Moderne keuken, grote living en privéterras op afgesloten terrein. Geniet van rust, natuur en ruimte in de Krimpenerwaard met fiets en wandelroutes. Rural guesthouse, close to Rotterdam

Behind our farmhouse is a separate guest house on our property. The cottage is quiet and rural, but centrally located in terms of surroundings. It is complete, for max 2 people, with privacy and free view at the back of the cottage on a meadow, where in the summer regularly some cows of the neighbors walk and in the winter sometimes some sheep. Our farm is no longer in operation; we only have chickens (which walk freely around the yard) and there are a few rabbits and carrier pigeons.

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A lovely little house in a wonderful setting. Step out of the house to walk along the 'rotte' the river rotterdam gets its name from. or wander into the cute village of Zevenhuizen for some shopping or a lovely meal out. Biking, walking, its at your doorstep. The park offers a gym and a pool, both at an extra cost but within a few minutes walk.

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
