Gemütliches, kleines Chalet am Ägerisee. Das Haus wurde 1947 erbaut und regelmässig gepflegt. Natürlich ist es aber auch in entsprechend rustikalem Zustand anzutreffen. Die Wohnfläche beträgt ca 50m2. Das Haus ist von einem grosszügigen, voll eingezäunten Garten umgeben. Direkt über die Strasse besteht die Möglichkeit, über den privaten Badesteg in den See zu gelangen.
