The apartment, with a separate entrance, belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the Zug-Ägeri route (directly at the Spinnerei bus stop). In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Facilities: 1x double bed (160x200 cm), kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, sufficient dishes and pans available.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

Peace, privacy and a breathtaking mountain backdrop await you at this feel-good place. Construction, age, and history make its special charisma. The whole house is well maintained but old. The age makes up for the charm, but also brings a scratch here, a dust, some leafy paint and recurring cobwebs with them. The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. The house is ideal for family reunions or with friends.

The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The sleeping area has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooks the front garden. The small seat is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains are moving slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.

Modern, bright and comfortably furnished duplex apartment in a rural area. Lake Aegeri is within walking distance. Public transport connection is 100 meters away. Shopping is a 5-minute drive away. Centrally located for excursions (Sattel-Hochstuckli, Stoos, Rigi and Rothenfluh can be reached in a few minutes by car). A car is an advantage. Our accommodation is situated in central Switzerland, between Zug and Lucerne, on a small farm in the beautiful countryside of Meierskappel. From your private covered terrace and from your rooms, you have a nice mountain and even a little lake view. Suitable for couples, singles, adventurers, business travelers, Family with kids. Playground and a lot of space to run around and play.
