The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

A special retreat, located close to the city and at the same time in the middle of nature: This is the Junior Suite (no kitchen) Perfect for travelers who like walking, jogging, cycling, relaxing at Lake Constance (20 min.) or hiking or skiing in the Alps (approx. 1 hr.). Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge.

You can also reach the lake with great swimming facilities in 5 minutes on foot! 🥰 I can provide you with a bicycle on request. The city center of Constance can be reached in just 10 minutes by train/bicycle.

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

With the Logis Freyja, we offer the opportunity to experience a largely self-sufficient tiny house in Switzerland. On 33 m², the Freyja offers ecological living as well as cozy comfort for a vacation or time-out. You can't get any closer to the lake. Directly at the port of Altnau, we rent our residential units on a weekly or long-term basis. Relaxation is guaranteed in this historic building, which was completely renovated in 2023 and is right on the waterfront with various leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Apartment 4 is ideal for 2 guests. In addition, 2 more people can be placed on the sofa bed 140x190cm.
