The house is located in the beautiful embrace of Mecsek, in the Donátus part of Pécs. A perfect, peaceful retreat for the two of you, real relaxation awaits in the spacious spaces of the house and the sumptuous panorama. The city center is close, yet far enough with all its possibilities that you can retire to a quiet place. The surrounding forest and settlements have many possibilities, depending on how you would like to spend your time. Hiking, wine tasting or a sightseeing? It's up to you!

A környéken számos látnivaló, strand és túralehetőség fedezhető fel. Hilltop Wellness Villa- Gyönyörű nagy ház az erdő szélén, az Pécs Zoo-tól pár lépésre. A ház maximum 10 fő részére (plusz egy kisbaba) számára kényelmes. A házban összesen 3 fürdőszoba van 3 wc-vel. Az alagsorban finn szauna, pezsgőfürdős kád és edzőszoba található futópaddal. A ház előtt nagy füvesitett, karban tartott terület található, illetve 2 szép terasz. A ház bejárat felőli oldalfalán 0-24 órában működő kamera van felszerelve, mely a kapubejárót és a parkolót figyeli és veszi fel.

Az egész ház és a körülötte lévő borászat napenergiával működik. Everything you need to have a relaxed time with a breezy terrace and well equipped kitchen. There is an outdoor kitchen as well with old-school oven and dining area or the garden barbecue with your friends. Observe nature and animals nearby with cattle farms and lookout tower a short walk away.

Relax in the Zselic hills in a special 67 sqm two-bedroom plus living room apartment with a huge 70 sqm roof terrace. Quality bed mattresses for a restful night's sleep and motorised shutters for total peace of mind. Terrace with sun loungers, hammock and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and induction stovetop. Free covered and closed parking on the ground floor. The apartment is equipped with all household appliances, air conditioning.

Libic: peaceful paradise

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.

A Sky Luxury Suite egy mediterrán, kizárólag két fő részére kialakított romantikus luxus apartman. 360°-os kilátással a belvárosra, távolabbra a Balatonra és a Festetics kastélyra tekinthetünk. Az apartmanhoz egy privát jakuzzi, illetve szauna tartozik. Szobaszervizünk koktélokkal, vizipipával, és egyéb hűsítőkkel kényezteti vendégeinket. Az ár a reggelit nem tartalmazza, külön kérésre igényelhető. Két elektromos rollerünk biztosítja Keszthelyen a közlekedést.

All this in a clean, natural, wood-clad, modern, Scandinavian-style cabin house, just a few minutes from the shores of Lake Balaton.
