Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance several shops, restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Cot and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately on arrival). A stair gate is installed at the top. Check-in from 14.00h. Check-out before 10.00 am. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful area. The small but nice apartment (25m2) features a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with fully equipped kitchen with combi microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and floor heating.

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached vacation home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located on a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where you can find nice shops and restaurants. From the park you can walk directly into the dune area which gives access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and biking routes.

Perfect apartment for visiting the center of Middelburg. The apartment smelled good, was clean. The bedding was comfortable. Paid parking nearby except on Sundays. Our stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed the moments at the apartment The only negative point is the noise coming from the street, but we were there during the King's Day, so I think it must have been livelier than usual!

The communication with Tine was excellent from the first moment. The view of the sea and the sky...every sunset in the sea is different every day... incredibly beautiful. The apartment is very lovingly and tastefully decorated and very well renovated. It was also handed over really perfectly clean, everything smelled...it is also absolutely practical to have a garage space for the apartment. You can really feel at home in the apartment. Tine is full of cordiality and helpfulness. She gives wonderful tips for the area. What do I say? It doesn't get any better 🙂👍🏼🍀❣️

We had a wonderful time in Lianne's beach house. The house is very tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed. It was very clean. The outdoor area was especially great for our dog, as it is completely fenced. In a few minutes' walk you are at the dunes, the sea and nice beach bars. The furnishings of the house leave nothing to be desired. Since we had a rainy day, we were able to try out many board games in the house. Thank you and happy to come back!

I had a fantastic experience staying in the apartment. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. We had a lovely week at Mylène's apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the bedding in the bedroom is very comfortable. The terrace is spacious and the sea view is beautiful. On sunny days, it's a pure pleasure to enjoy this beautiful terrace. For the grayer and windier days, you can continue to enjoy the beautiful sea view from inside the apartment. If you like to watch the sea "live" this is the place. Mylène's welcome is warm and she ensures that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We'll most certainly be back!
