Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. Newly built in 2021 vacation rental in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street can all be found within a walking distance of 5 minutes. Come enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful area. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with a fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, fridge, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

The Zeumeruus consists of a ground floor and an attic room. A spacious and cozy living room with plenty of seating, TV and WiFi. An open kitchen with a cozy dining table. In a prime location just a stone's throw from the beach, you will find our small cozy double studio at the bottom of the dike. At the front, there is ample parking. Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants are within walking distance. You can also make the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has a double bed, toilet, shower/sink, television, kitchenette with coffee/tea facility and stove, private entrance and terrace.

Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

Apartment Annabel is located next to a cozy detached house in Dishoek. We live 5 minutes by bike from the beach and live and have a beautiful view of the Zeeland countryside. Around the apartment is a terrace where there is a place in the sun all day ( it is all around). In addition, you also have a nice view of the cozy garden from the apartment.
