This is a private studio apartment with its own private elevated entrance (10 stairs). It is served with private shower, kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, breakfast table and air-conditioning. The property has just been renovated. Forming part of the first floor in our house, it is designed to accommodate two guests for short let holidays. Walking distance from Marsascala's promenade, rocky beaches, 100 metres away from bus stops and basic amenities.

It's a nice and cosy space, close to many amenities, with excellent communications and nearby activities. The apartment is located close to popular beaches in Malta: St Thomas Bay, St Peters pool and Delimara.

Seafront corner apartment with very large terrace right on the sea & its' prime assets are the breathtaking views of the bay all around. This apartment is a "one of". Swimming means just going down the stairs. The apartment has just been refurbished and everything is new. It consists of two double bedrooms, both bedroom are fully airconditioned. Fully furnished and air-conditioned kitchen/dining/sitting room. Second floor, no lift. All necessities. Strong Wifi.

The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished and corresponded exactly to the description. The location is great – close to the harbor and restaurants. Vic & Clara were very friendly and very accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place!

Cozy studio apartment

The maisonette is set on two levels but the steps are low and easy to climb. The entrance, which is at street level, is very spacious and consists of a large living area, a beautifully staircase and a large original library. I would have loved to stay working in the tranquility of this room. The kitchenette is flooded with natural light and yet very secluded from the street. The bedroom is very cosy and well equipped and the furniture is solid and classic with a modern touch. The bath has a seat at the side making it very easy to shower and exit the bath. The sea is just down the road and can be seen from the balcony. All amenities are within a few minutes’ walk. Check in was easy and efficient.

We stayed at Mandy's place for two weeks in April – a perfect travel time for Malta. The apartment was as described and Mandy was always quick and easy to reach. Particularly noteworthy is the excellently equipped kitchen – it was really everything you need to cook and everything worked perfectly. The bedrooms are spacious and each accommodates two people. The two outdoor areas were also very pleasant: the smaller balcony with south orientation and the large terrace in the north – depending on the time of day you could always choose the right place. Also the grill on the back balcony was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place.

We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was central to all amenities. It is a nice quiet area. The host Dorianne was easy to contact and answered any questions promptly. She provided a very informative booklet with all the information about the apartment, area, things to do etc. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thankyou so much😁

We stayed in this apartment for a week. The photos match the description perfectly, and everything is clean. We enjoyed eating on the large terrace. It has a beautiful view. We didn't have a car, but the bus stop and two supermarkets are 250 meters from the apartment. It was a very good stay.

Had the best time ever at Ocean Pearl! The place was much bigger and even better than the photos, right on the ocean! The host was extremely responsive and accommodated all our needs. This was one of my favorite trips ever and I fell in love with the airbnb. I felt like I could stay there for months. Malta is also such an amazing and beautiful place but our bnb really made our trip! Perfect!
