Very clean, comfortable cottage in wooded area. Friendly Host. Good communication - we had a small problem with the shower and that was resolved professionally immediately. Small downside: mattress of the double bed quite hard. Not everyone finds this pleasant.

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Ieper. Natalie was a very considerate host and communication was excellent. We had a longer stay and it really felt like home. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed - modern, sleek and stylish. The lounge is very comfortable and the balconies also offer another way to enjoy the flat. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everything is high quality. The toilet is upstairs from the bedrooms so may be an issue for the very young or old or if there are mobility issues. The garage was extremely useful as we had a car and the location couldn’t be better - just two minutes from the centre. We had a wonderful time in Belgium and our stay in Ieper was made all the more enjoyable thanks to Natalie’s outstanding flat and her hospitality.

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or friends. The kitchen offers plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large for spending time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and rooms to retreat. Everything is as shown in the pictures, modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is super, within walking distance. Had a very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings between the fields, ideal for relaxing and also a wonderful place for our two daughters to live out in the garden. A lamb was born during our stay, so that was completely nice for our daughters. 😊

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Peaceful, rural, modern and opening out to all the beauty surrounding it. Very well equipped kitchen! A couple of small issues due to being in the country, but Laura was very responsive, and it would certainly not put us off returning

the house is decorated with great attention to atmosphere. warm welcome and departure. we were there for 1 week and did not get bored. in risult itself there is nothing to do, but there is a lot of peace. there is also an outside and we were allowed to use the garden. everything just as atmospheric. the house has been recently renovated and equipped with every comfort. a top location and a nice host.

What can I say? I’m so glad we stumbled upon this gem whilst looking for a place to stay not too far from Le Shuttle. Baptiste’s place is stunning, probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The space is even better in person than the pictures, incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and breakfast was out of this world. We already can’t wait to come back!

An inspiring stay and an exceptional host! My stay in this apartment was simply superb! As soon as I arrived, I was won over by the beautiful and refined decoration. This is the kind of place that inspires you, and I really want my own home to look like this beautiful apartment. I absolutely loved every detail. But beyond the beauty of the place, it was the commitment of Valentin, my Host, that made all the difference. Valentin is a real sweetheart! He personally invested to make sure I felt perfectly comfortable and that everything went smoothly. Their attention and availability made my experience unforgettable, even when traveling alone. Beautiful attic flat, equipped with all amenities and very clean. A few minutes walk from the railway station, you can reach Bruges, Ghent and Brussels directly by train. Klaus is a great host, many thanks!

We really enjoyed this nice little accommodation offered by Hélène who is a welcoming and friendly hostess. We just had some trouble accessing our parking because of the work on the street but we just arrived at the wrong time, which is not because of our hostess. We'd be happy to come back if we had the chance.

Spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace matching the photos, easy to access, located in a secure and peaceful residence. Inter market is nearby. Well-equipped kitchen (however, glasses and cups were insufficient). The washing machine and dryer were very useful (however, large towels to be renewed, also provide towels for hands and feet). Parking space in the basement available but small, as we rented an SUV, we parked it in unnumbered spaces inside the residence Check-in and check-out done within the stated hours (we asked to do an early check-in but it was not possible) Basically, the stay went well. I would highly recommend this apartment.

I had a fantastic experience staying in the apartment. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect and check-in was smooth and easy. Sabine was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like snacks, local tips, extra amenities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My husband and his friend stayed at Ann’s place for a cycling trip and they were extremely impressed with the quality of the place. Also they appreciated the secure parking arrangement, since they had some cycling equipment that they could safely leave in the car.
