We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home! The wellness area is like having your own private spa. The kids loved the swimming pool (which is great for kids) and the jacuzzi!! There are also beautiful gardens. Thank you and we hope to visit again!

Had a very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings between the fields, ideal for relaxing and also a wonderful place for our two daughters to live out in the garden. A lamb was born during our stay, so that was completely nice for our daughters. 😊

We had a wonderful time in this vacation home! It is a super nice place with a large swimming pool. In addition, there was a separate room with a pool table, darts and a bar, ideal for those who wanted to chat in the evening or listen to some music. A big plus was that this space was a little further away from the cottages. This way, those who wanted to go to sleep earlier could enjoy themselves quietly, without being bothered by the noise. Furthermore, it was also very nice that ponies and horses bordered the house. It immediately gave a cozy, rural atmosphere and the children loved seeing the animals. All in all had a top vacation!

Very spacious house, ideal for a group of friends. The bedrooms are very spacious and clean, also certainly enough bathrooms. We did not lack anything, basic things like kitchen towels, oil and coffee are present. There was also a cot, chair and toys provided for our baby. It was quite chilly in the house and we were unable to turn on the heating, but we were able to warm ourselves by the fireplace in the evening. We loved our weekend getaway!

A truly appreciated wellness break! The night with spa was a great experience: quiet, clean and very well furnished. The spa was ready when we arrived, perfect for relaxing in privacy. Everything was designed for comfort, and the hosting was very nice. We leave rested and delighted!

Just returned back from Franck’s place and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The garden was great with a lovely heated pool and very nice outdoor furniture. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. Franck was incredibly attentive, providing helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. There are some very nice bakeries and restaurants locally and the location is perfect for going to visit places like Lille, Lens and Arras. We would happily stay here again!

Excellent experience that we would definitely recommend for a romantic weekend

We had a very nice stay at Isabelle's house. The contact with co-host Rolande went well. Sometimes it was a bit difficult, because we don't speak a common language. Beautiful house with four bedrooms and bathrooms, of which 3 bathrooms are ensuite. Nice swimming pool in a large garden that could be used for a fee. Flexible and thoughtful hosts, very nice! Some things to consider (especially with children) are the many nettles in the grass. Recommended!

Very clean, comfortable cottage in wooded area. Friendly Host. Good communication - we had a small problem with the shower and that was resolved professionally immediately. Small downside: mattress of the double bed quite hard. Not everyone finds this pleasant.

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or friends. The kitchen offers plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large for spending time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and rooms to retreat. Everything is as shown in the pictures, modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is super, within walking distance. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute! Geert and Carine were great hosts- we even got fresh strawberries, eggs and every day corn to feed the cute alpacas 😍 highly recommended, especially for families with kids. Thank you!!

A superb stay in the heart of Ypres This delightful townhouse offered the perfect base for our visit to Ypres. Ideally located just moments from the Menin Gate, it was not only comfortable and spacious, but also superbly hosted by Tibo, who welcomed us with an unexpected and generous array of gifts – including beer, wine, biscuits, and chocolate. Our group of eight made full use of the modern amenities and relaxed atmosphere, which allowed us to explore the region with ease and return each day to a shared living space, unlike the divided experience of hotel rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again and highly recommend it as a warm, characterful alternative to the more impersonal local hotels.

We booked the accommodation in function of our wedding and we have often booked through airbnb, but the hospitality we experienced here we have never experienced before. Fantastic! Carine & Ignace suggested taking photos in their beautiful garden, a bottle on arrival, Carine came by with transparent umbrellas for rainy weather, they were ready for the babysitters who slept with our children in the cottage. The house is exactly as in the books and yet you immediately feel welcome with kids. Toys, plastic plates and cups, bibs. Everything is provided. Thank you for everything! Love, Coopman family

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Peaceful, rural, modern and opening out to all the beauty surrounding it. Very well equipped kitchen! A couple of small issues due to being in the country, but Laura was very responsive, and it would certainly not put us off returning

Beautiful accommodation with lots of space, quiet location and within walking distance of the center of Ypres. We were 3 couples and 2 kids. Plenty of space. Toys for the little ones are also available. Tilly and Stijn are friendly hosts, and were very flexible in arrival and departure times. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful and unique house, exactly as pictured in photos. Sadly we only had 1 night here before continuing our journey home but would love to stay again. Willy was a great host, friendly and prompt to reply

We had a nice stay at Dieter's house! However, a small tip, provide a handrail at the stairs. Our moeke was afraid to go down.

Beautiful home in an ideal location, walkable to Cloth Hall, Menin Gate, and many shops and restaurants. Private garden in back is a perfect place to sit at the end of the day. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Highly recommended place to stay! One note: interior steps are steep and may be difficult for elderly guests.

We had a great time at this place, we would have stayed more than one night to enjoy it even more. The accommodation is easy to access, check-in and checkout is autonomous, which is very convenient. The accommodation is pleasant and well-equipped. The 5 bedrooms with their own bathroom is really nice. Communication was very good, as were the details related to the stay and tips about the surrounding area.

We found Hilde’s beautiful home on a last minute trip away for Easter. We were so impressed with the home, it was much much bigger than we expected!! Hilde was so friendly and lovely when we met to gain access. Although she said her English wasn’t the greatest, she made sure we understood how to work everything in her beautiful home. She also printed out suggests in English of family things to do as we had our 15 month old son. She even went above and beyond to bring over some age appropriate toys for our son from her own house! The whole house was very well equipment and by far the best air b&b I have ever stayed in! The cleanliness was immaculate! Overall…I hope to stay again soon. The only one downfall that we noticed was that the family bathroom did have a sewage smell but that did not effect our stay at all as Hilde has air diffusers and air freshers so we just gave a spray every now and again. If you are looking for a perfect host, perfect countryside then book here!!

We stayed for 4 days at the Manor: 8 adults, 4 teenagers and 3 grandchildren. Everyone quickly found their place because the place is incredibly welcoming! The outdoor spaces are full of small corners for activities: jacuzzi, petanque, BBQ, large tables, garden shed, brazier and so on are a real plus! The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, tastefully furnished! The bedding and sheets smell good, you sleep very, very well there! The different lounges are super beautiful, the pool table and darts occupy the largest pleasantly. And finally: the kitchen: visually, a step back in time but technically: impeccable. Plenty of dishes, all the equipment is there and the large stoves are super convenient for cooking for large families! Really, nothing missing! And François… a great host, discreet but ultra responsive when necessary! A 10/10 for us!

Truly a great dream location. We stayed with 4 people and 2 dogs for a week. The house is spacious enough, cozily decorated, and literally everything was present. It sits on a hill and is surrounded by a (private) fenced forest. It is a total resting place for your dog. The only exciting thing our dogs have experienced there were the deer around the house early in the morning. From the house you can walk with the dog. Directly around the house in your own forest, or on the adjacent, easily accessible, roads of the surrounding hill country. For groceries, you have to go 5 minutes by car for the highly necessary things, or 15 minutes to Hazebrouck. Hazebrouck has an industrial estate with all the big well-known shops, but also a city center with all kinds of nice shops. There is also a large forest (Foret Nieppe) near Hazebrouck. Definitely worth it for a nice walk. Ludivine (the Host) is super friendly and responds quickly and extensively.
