Beach house vacation rentals in Zoni Beach

We loved our stay on Vieques! The house was in the perfect location for sunsets and snorkeling just off of the private beach below. Lots of room for our family of 6. We appreciated having the 3 bathrooms and LOVED the outdoor shower. How tranquil to shower and stare at the ocean at the same time!We cooked most of our meals at home. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We were fortunate enough to have Josh just up the street to answer our questions and provide us with advice and history lessons about the island, food and tourist activities. We ended up changing our plans based on his recommendations and our trip worked out so much better! We would certainly stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Josh!

Los Cocos was the perfect getaway for a week. The home sits right on the ocean, and the first thing you notice upon arrival is the soothing sound of the waves. Rene welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. The house was spotless and just the right size for the two of us. Inside, the home features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The furniture is comfortable and well-maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed, though we only cooked breakfast. The house has one bathroom, which was in great working order. The two bedrooms are located off the main living space. While there’s no air conditioning, the ocean breeze keeps things comfortable most of the time. One night was particularly still, making it a bit warm for sleeping, but there are plenty of fans to help keep cool. The outdoor space is where we spent most of our time. There’s ample seating, along with two hammocks. The beach was an incredible bonus—we spent hours relaxing by the water

Las Piedras was a gorgeous place for our family to call home while experiencing Vieques. It is surrounded by water and breathtaking views from any vantage point in the house. The pool (and the daily visit from the iguana!) were a perfect way for us to relax after beach days. The home was clean and clutter-free and allowed us and our 4 teenage kids to spread out. My favorite part was falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves and waking up to the island’s many roosters. The property manager, Betty, was very friendly and responsive. On our last night we had heavy rains which caused water to come in at the edge of the windows in several of the bedrooms. While that didn’t negatively impact our stay, there may be some minor maintenance things that need a second look. We absolutely loved our stay there and would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone. Location cannot be beat!

Hector's place was great to stay in. It was spacious and clean and very conveniently located for us. There was a laundromat and good breakfast place 5 minutes away and we were able to get to the ferry within 20 minutes. I liked that there was an outside hose to clean up with after a day at the beach too.

The only word that describes this beautiful place is PARADISE… everything about the island and location was perfect!

From the moment I arrived, this place felt like a dream! The ocean views were literally breathtaking from every area of the house! It was Immaculately clean, very private, and peaceful! I felt like a celebrity in my own private retreat! The host was very helpful and responsive! If you're looking for a getaway that exceeds expectations in every way, this is it!

Beautiful home with amazing views. The home was extremely clean , well stocked and provided all of the comforts of home. We were able to use beach chairs, coolers, beach tent and towels to explore the island. Marisol was very responsive and flexible with check in. We spent a lot of time poolside enjoying the view. This was the perfect place for our stay on Vieques!

Sugar Paradise met our expectations. The house was spotless, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and the pool was the cherry on top to enjoy after a day exploring the island. Location is only 15 to 20 minutes from Esperanza and the port. We will definitely consider this place if we visit vieques again in the future.

Place in a beautiful location. It does not have air conditioning in the common areas, which made the stay a bit warm. But overall, everything was fine.

A relaxing experience, very clean, quiet place and the house has everything you might need for your stay. I recommend it 100%. Hosts are very attentive and quick to respond. We were celebrating my son's birthday and Sandy decorated the room with balloons just as I requested. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

We had the most wonderful time at this property and on Vieques. The pool and backyard are beautiful and our daughters loved swimming in the private yard with the many fruit trees and flowers. The home is clean and very well decorated. Ron made sure we felt at home and was so helpful giving us recommendations while on the island.

This house was absolutely amazing! I think it’s the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family of six. It was our first time visiting Vieques. We brought all four of our kids (ages 13,15,19, and 22). This home provided lots of comfortable space and beds for everyone. The house was very clean and well stocked. We really appreciated all the towels and the coolers. We packed our lunches every day for the beach. We loved all the outdoor spaces. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the patios and even a couple naps in the hammocks. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. We helped ourselves to some delicious mangoes from the huge mango tree in the yard. It’s obvious that Jose and Melyssa put a lot of care into their property. They are wonderful hosts. We arrived a day late due to a flight delay. They were very understanding and responded quickly to our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at Jose’s place countless times since 2013. The view is amazing and is only a block away from one of Trip Advisor’s highest rated restaurants on the entire island. Lots of convenient restaurants and easy access to the bioluminescent bay. The neighborhood is not quiet. There are dogs and roosters and loud cars, so you may want to bring a white noise app for sleeping. Jose is great and looking forward to our next visit.

Our family had an incredible, relaxing experience at Karen’s home. Breathtaking vistas from this private hillside minimalist architectural gem, naturally cooled by trade winds. Josiah met us on site and provided clear instructions and local recommendations — Milka’s Market (provisions), D’s Garden (fresh veggies and locally caught fish), best snorkeling and beach spots. Saw the beautiful sailboats racing around the island during the Regatta. Bring your snorkel gear and sunscreen and rent a Jeep for easy access to remote beaches and snorkeling spots around the island. Kitchen was well apportioned for cooking delicious meals while watching the night sky from poolside. Thanks again for hosting. Look forward to returning.

This house is stunning and the view to the bay from the terrace is really beautiful. Evelyn was very easy to reach and even allowed an early check in. The kitchen is so clean and has everything that you need to prepare a full meal. Air condition works great in every room and main living area. Evelyn is so thoughtful making the house ready with beach cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, mosquito repellents and citronella candles. I will stay here every time I visit Culebra.

Very nice and homey stay. Rooms were quite spacious which was nice since we had little kids with us we were able to use their air mattress for additional sleeping area. Also loved that they had beach chairs a wagon even a stroller to use.

Absolutely beautiful 5-star stay! The property has a delicate, thoughtfully design that’s both stunning and cozy at the same time. Super spacious, homey, and safe, with all the amenities you could need. The infinity pool was the highlight — breathtaking and serene. The host was fantastic, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this gem in Vieques!

The house is brand new and perfect! We were able to eat mangoes 🥭 from the back yard. It was only a couple of minutes walk for the Bio luminescent Bay pick up location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. I would for sure rent this house again upon my return. I recommend renting g a car and beach hop and venture the island. Must do 2 beaches: Caracas Beach for a relaxing day at the beach and Black Sand Beach as there are only 20 of the black sand beaches in the world!

Zullymar is one of the most helpful hosts I had. She was always there, for any question or advice, with recommendations and very clear instructions for everything. The house is super clean, very new. Soft sheet and great beds. Lots of beach supplies, which are very handy on this island. Decorated nicely, super modern. Looks like there is some work done in the yard for a future pool, and there is a bbq area with a roof area - we did use the bbq once. The kitchen is small, you can't cook much there. The house is located less than 1 mile from a very big supermarket that has everything. You do need to drive for everything, but the drives are short - about 10-15 mins to everywhere. You do want to have a car. Wifi worked well. There are screens on the doors - super important. The living room/kitchen is a bit dark, as there is lack of natural light. The rooms have lots of light and storage space. I do recommend this place, it's nice and quiet and the host is amazing.

Keishla’s place is the first Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at that looked like the photos. I’m used to checking in and the place being rundown but not here. The house provided many things to entertain. Most importantly the house was spotless, provided soo many amenities and smelled great during the whole stay. This place is worth the price and I hope it available when I come back to visit my island. Thank you Keishla for a wonderful stay. 😊

Fantastic property. Bravos de Boston is one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Vieques. Extremely calm and quiet. House interior is great for a complete family. Everything is in place and you really wants to arrive for great night sleep and resting. I saw Something great is coming on the property. But I leave that announcing to Jessica and his husband. Eliel
