Plunge into the private refreshing pool and marvel at the panoramic views across the bay. This villa reflects old-world Mexican sophistication featuring exposed wooden beams, hand-painted tiles, and colonial antiques alongside contemporary amenities. Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

Spacious and well-equipped apartment with spectacular sea views. It has a large living-dinning room and kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms, a wrap-around corner terrace to enjoy the wonderful views of the bay. There are two televisions with cable service and Netflix, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. You will have access to all the amenities of the Condominium, private Beach Club, Restaurants, Pool, Gym, Spa, Billiards Area, Cinema, Concierge Service

Our family had a fantastic stay in this condo! It was clearly designed with families in mind and had everything we needed for a truly comfortable experience. The property grounds were impeccably kept, and the pools were absolutely perfect. The easy beach access was a huge plus, and the convenience of a grocery store just a 5-minute walk away made settling in effortless. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Todo excelente, igual a las imágenes, superó nuestra expectativa, el departamento tiene vistas hermosas, al mar y a la ciudad, el coanfitrión estuvo siempre al pendiente y respondía muy rápido. El departamento está muy bien equipado. Lo recomiendo muchísimo, sin duda volvería a reservarlo.

Francisco fue muy atento. Respondía rápido. El lugar tal cual se ve en las fotos, limpieza al 100 y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Plus que deja garrafón de agua y sale por el refrigerador, cómodo. Las vistas muy bonitas. Cerca de todo. El aeropuerto a 10 min. El pueblito y mercado de artesanías a 15 min. Costco a 10 min. Los climas funcionan al 100. Me encantó y volveré definitivamente.

I can't say enough good things about this accommodation. The building was beautiful and the room followed suit. There wasn't a spot of dirt anywhere. The sheets were crisp and clean. Nice comfy bed and pillows. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The a/c worked like a charm after a long hot day. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. The location was excellent. Its about a 5-minute ride to the Romantic Zone. If you're thinking about booking, do it!! You won't regret it. As for Monica, she was a doll. Very helpful in assisting us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to PV!
