Vacation rentals with beach access in Zona Hotelera Norte

We had to find another location last minute due to our original rental not having water for a day and a half and Janeth was very quick to respond to our request! It was clean, quiet, and with a great rooftop pool view to the ocean! Definitely recommend and would stay here again if we decide to come to PV!

Fantastic place. The kitchen was very well equipped. The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful with a great view. It’s a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with good restaurants nearby, and Ubers are very affordable, which makes it easy to get to other areas. I would come back here without hesitation.

Breathtaking views and very comfortable! Our only issue was we couldn’t access the gym as guests staying less than a month. Other than that the property and condo were gorgeous and immaculate.

We really enjoyed our stay with Anjuli. Everything was as described and very comfortable. The entire unit was clean and organized. The AC units worked great in the unit has anything that you could ever need for a great and relaxing day. Will definitely be staying here for our future trips to Puerto Vallarta.

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay here! The place was exactly as pictured and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The rooftop amenities were a huge plus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Great location too— walking distance to the mall, Walmart, Sam’s and an Oxxo. Louis was very communicative throughout the check-in process and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again.

Condo was exactly as described! Had everything we needed for the week. Beautiful sunsets and the grounds were very well maintained.

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

My family enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool and the roof top deck received extensive use and we loved walking a block to the beach. Our host was helpful and responsive.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

Christopher’s place was exactly like the pictures. My family stayed there for a week and loved it. The host was very responsive, the beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My wife, myself and our toddler had the best time relaxing and enjoying this beautiful home. We loved playing outside in the backyard and swimming in the pool. We cooked a lot of our meals outside on the grill and that was awesome. The hosts were very accommodating with our toddler and provided a high chair and a pack and play. We walked around and explored the nearby areas including some restaurants, shops and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. We are so glad that we found this gem and had the time we did here. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

Beautifully appointed apt at Penisula definitely upgraded from the standard units. I've stayed in orger units at Penisula Torre 1 and Todd's unit felt like a warm inviting home . The corner views are wonderful even though lots of construction below. when you are fitted all you see his beauty from the Ocean to the mountains and city lights. Communication was excellent, friendly and considerate from management who let us in to staff in Torre 1. Only glitch, the keypad didn't work for my private code, management used the back up code to let us in. small glitch only at arrival for a wonderful stay for my family of 4. lots of beach toys for the kiddos. nice linens too. thank you, Todd

This condo was amazing. The view from every open space and most of the bedrooms is breathtaking. The condo was well furnished, extremely clean, and everything worked. Each bedroom not only had it's own bathroom with shower, and it's own heating/ac unit. It looks exactly like the pictures. Being up 23 floors we would have the pelicans fly by right near the deck at eye level. The elevator open right into the condo (how cool) and once you exit on the first floor you got to your right to stairs right to the beach or left to one of the three pools. One pool is 4.5 feet deep, one is 2.5 feet deep, and the third was 1.5 feet deep. We were there with our family and two grandkids (3 and 1) and have the shallow pools for them to play in was amazing. The grounds are kept extremely clean and it is a gated area with staff always around so you feel so safe. The ability to walk to the grocery store (which has everything) was a real plus. Kristelle is so responsive and cares about your stay.

The place was incredible and felt like home. The air b and b was well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The host was very responsive and helpful when it came to tips for local recommendations. I would stay here again in a heart beat !!
