It's not my first time staying in this apartment. Quiet and peaceful area, easy parking on the street at all times. Well organized apartment in spaces and comforts. The Host, always available and very kind. For me a fixed point every time I go to the area.

Giovanni Luca's apartment is a great base for business or leisure trips in the Alessandria area. The spaces are well maintained and modern, in particular the bed is very comfortable and guarantees a restful sleep. There is no air conditioning, but ceiling fans provide some coolness on hot summer nights.
