Von ihrem Sonnenbänkle aus können sie hier entspannt den Weitblick und die Ruhe genießen.

In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Einkaufmöglichkeit, Bäckerei sowie eine Apotheke ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die gemütliche Wohnung im Untergeschoss mit separatem Eingang verfügt über 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten, einer Küche mit Ausstattung, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt beim Haus.

Idyllic apartment in the countryside

Take a break in the beautiful Balinger district of Zillhausen. The surroundings impress with the Zillhausen waterfall and plenty of hiking trails. You have the apartment to yourselves (up to 4 people possible on request) and can relax, cook something and spend time on your own terrace. Two dogs live in the house. They have no access to the apartment, but encounters in front of the house or in the hallway cannot be ruled out. Dogs are not allowed in the apartment.

Wir vermieten in unserem Haus im EG eine Wohnung mit Bad und WC. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett (2x2m). Hier ist auch noch Platz für ein Kinderreisebett vorhanden. Angrenzend befindet sich das Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und separatem WC. Nebenan befindet sich ein großer Wohnraum mit einem Sofabett als weitere Schlafmöglichkeit, TV sowie ein gemütlicher Eßplatz. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie eine Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Stilvoll und großzügig wohnen

Willkommen in unserer modernisierten und stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung aus den 90er Jahren. Mit einer Gesamtfläche von etwa 110 m² bietet diese Unterkunft genügend Platz für bis zu acht Gäste. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit WC und einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind mit bequemen Doppelbetten (2x2,40m) ausgestattet, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer verfügen über Sofas mit Schlaffunktion.
