At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep or eat, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic sea view.

Davanti alla spiaggia sul Lungomare di Monterosso, completamente ristrutturato (011019-LT-0065)), ammobiliato in modo originale, confortevole e funzionale. Ritroverete all’interno ciò che potrete ammirare dal balcone: il cielo, il mare e la spiaggia. Vicinissimo a tutto, con vista mozzafiato delle Cinque Terre fino all’isola Palmaria e Punta Mesco: dal balcone sarete spettatori di tutto ciò che accade dall’alba al tramonto e verrete cullati dalle onde del mare per addormentarvi: Cinque Terre Blu

Deliziosa location con vista mozzafiato

La Casa dei Limoni vi accoglie con la sua vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso e sul Promontorio di Portofino. E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

Con questo alloggio in centro, la tua famiglia sarà vicina a tutto. Siamo a 250 metri dal mare. A pochi passi dal centro storico e dalla splendida passeggiata mare. Relax e divertimento tutto attorno a te. L’appartamento si compone di una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un divano letto nel soggiorno con materasso di spessore 20 cm. A 50 metri dall’appartamento è presente un grosso parcheggio con parcheggi gratuiti : Parcheggio piazzale Italo primi. Copertura Wi-Fi e terrazzo.

Stella Maris, terrazzo panoramico (010007-LT-0135)

Casa Stella Maris è sul porto di Camogli, in un palazzo tipico di questa zona. L'appartamento è al sesto piano , internamente suddiviso su due livelli, con la zona giorno che si affaccia su un terrazzo molto panoramico ma, ogni finestra, è un quadro sul mare. La casa e' suddivisa in zona notte, con tre stanze, due matrimoniali, ed una con letto a castello, e due bagni con doccia, grande living e cucina separata. La casa non è adatta a gruppi di ragazzi e bambini piccoli Vi aspettiamo !

The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length

Due bagni, uno con doccia, completi di lavatrice oltre ad una cucina abitabile. L'appartamento è sito nella via principale del centro storico di Rapallo ove sono presenti molti negozi, bar e ristoranti. Dista pochi metri dalla stazione, dai parcheggi sul lungomare e dall'approdo dei battelli.

La Casa dei Lumi -Rapallo- Centrale, by the sea

Appartamento centralissimo al 6^piano con vista mare, dotato di aria condizionata e wi-fi. Si trova sul mare ad una distanza di 50metri dalla spiaggia libera e spiaggia attrezzata; inoltre l’appartamento si trova a 5 minuti dalla stazione dei treni ed autobus e partenza traghetti, in zona residenziale. Appartamento finemente ristrutturato con materiali di pregio e completato nel luglio 2020.
