There are outdoor electric blinds on the windows. The house is located on the outskirts of Olomouc in a quiet location by the Bystřice River, which is lined with a bike path. Great for walks. Just below the house you can have a coffee and your car can safely park for free right in front of the entrance. All people of good will are welcome here, even with their four-legged friends.

Therefore, count with possible kids noise and is not adapted for romantic plans. The place is 5 minutes by foot from the UNESCO Archbishop's Flower Garden, and 15 minutes away from the Chateau and the city center. Parking is free on the streets about 50m away from the house.
