House vacation rentals in Zlarin

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

Drazen is super friendly and welcoming. He even shared freshly baked apple tarts with us, which were delicious. The home is close to the beautiful krka national park as well.

Everything was wonderful! I loved how clean the home was and how responsive Lina-Natalia was when we needed something. It was great how close the home was to town so we could walk to things. We hope to come again someday.

we enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, large, equipped with all the comforts. Antonio was a great host and very helpful. During our stay, June 2025, unfortunately, there was construction at 2 houses next to us, which caused us some inconvenience. This will probably be completed soon.

We had the most wonderful week at Tina’s house. The house, pool and all outside spaces were well kept and everywhere was very clean. The house had all the facilities you needed for a very relaxing and easy holiday and the air-con was fantastic given the hot weather. We found the location excellent with several restaurants and a yummy ice cream place all within easy walking distance. Tina was very helpful and responsive to any messages and we’d love to be back next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Sevid. Going in mid May was perfect for us. The town was very quiet which made it, for us, even more beautiful. Sevid was close enough to towns that had restaurants and grocery stores open so we could eat out or in if we wanted to The house itself suited us well. The kitchen was perfect for the times we wanted to eat in. The pool was heated so we were able to use it every day. It was just a great place Sandro was not available during our stay so we spoke often with his sister, Sinaja. She was a joy to work with. Her love of the house and Sevid and indeed for Croatia came through over and over. She and her partner, Ivan, were a treasure trove of info about the area. We felt like we had our own personal tour guide of Croatia. A great place to stay and great people to work with

We felt completely comfortable! We were particularly enthusiastic about the cozy outdoor area, the outdoor kitchen and the lovingly designed children's area. We were so warmly welcomed, enjoyed the delicious food from Ana's parents and were even allowed to taste the first vegetables from our own garden. Simply a beautiful place to relax and a good starting point for excursions in the area! We will definitely be back!

great peaceful home which is decorated with love. the surrounding somehow felt magical when looking on one side to the ocean and the other to the mountains. we had some cats as guests which really made it special. hiking is a great recommendation when staying. dubrovka was very friendly and responsive. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. ✨🐱

The house is a little off the beaten path with a beautiful view of the sea. It is equipped with everything you need. Marijana was a very accommodating host. Everything was fenced in, perfect for the dogs. The turtles in the back garden were a great highlight.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Fischerhaus La Pineta. We did excursions, restaurant visits and shopping exclusively by bike. Access to the water is sufficient, you can then go back into the beautiful garden. Occasionally, the loud boats disturbed us. The apartment is perfectly furnished for 2 persons. The garden is spacious, with many seating areas. High-quality garden furniture is provided, no plastic! The large trees provide plenty of shade. A trusting cat inhabits the property and makes the stay lovable. The contact with the landlords was straightforward. We would gladly come back.

Our stay was a dream 🤩 The perfect house for two couples. Super sea view, short distance to the sea (about 70 meters) and two swimming coves within walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the city. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary architecture of the house. We can definitely recommend the house. We thank Dino for two memorable weeks.

Matea and her father were wonderful hosts. They are accessible, available for all questions, warm and cordial people, and in the end they prepared beautiful gifts for us. They allowed us to arrive later without any problems, the accommodation was excellent, clean, contains everything listed in the advertisement and in the photos. The pool and yard are tidy and clean, we really enjoyed swimming and relaxing. Lozovac is a small, quiet and beautiful place, located near larger cities and close to everything you need. One day we will definitely come back here, because we really enjoyed it. ❤️

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

What a wonderful island Zlarin is.. made much better by the ease of staying in the stone house.. picked up at the boat by a friendly local. The house was very central and easy walk to Swim, eat, shop. I hope to return to Zlarin one day and no doubt book in to the stone house again .. thanks Olga & Nick

Daria was very friendly and flexible. Made sure we have everything we might need. The house is well equiped and tidy. All the boxes checked for a relaxing, peaceful island experience.

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

Staying at Siniša’s place on Zlarin was an absolute dream. The home is like an oasis—peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfect for a couple’s getaway. We could have spent the whole trip just relaxing by the stunning pool, which felt like our own private retreat. Siniša was an incredible host—warm, responsive, and generous with local recommendations, especially for restaurants. The house itself is unique, thoughtfully curated, and immaculately clean. Everything felt fresh and new, yet welcoming and lived-in. We felt at home right away. Zlarin is a magical little island with gorgeous hikes, easy ocean access, and a laid-back vibe. And when we wanted to explore further, nearby islands and towns were just a short ferry ride away. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. It was a great stay at Host's place. Luka and Neno are hosts who are a pleasure to stay with. They are very responsive and quick to respond to messages, and they're helpful, and they really want guests to feel good. The apartment is impeccably clean — but a huge plus. There are also a lot of walking places in the area. I highly recommend staying with them while in the area.

Sara was very responsive and helpful, the road access was a slight issue but this is something that cannot be helped. Sara sent a video of the roads which was extremely helpful. The house was tidy and clean and had all utensils needed, even some sharp knives! The added bonus was the heated pool which meant a few evening swims with beautiful views. The area was peaceful and quiet and I would 100% stay here again.
