Durch die erstklassige zentrale Lage erreichen Sie den Marktplatz (3 Gehminuten), Bäcker (1 Gehminute), Restaurants, Drogeriemarkt DM und viele andere Geschäfte mit nur wenigen Gehminuten. Es steht EIN kostenloser Parkplatz im Innenhof zur Verfügung. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können im Keller untergebracht werden.

Die Dreizimmer-Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohn- und Aufenthaltsraum mit Balkon hat zudem eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne zu bieten und hat Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Alle technischen Hilfsmittel über die ein normaler Haushalt verfügt, sind vorhanden (Waschm., Kühlschrank, Fernseher, Fahrräder, Grill etc.) und sind kostenlos nutzbar. Der Internet-Zugang steht für 5 Euro/ Aufenthalt bereit. Bitte einfach nachfragen.

Die Unterkunft bei Jens und Claudia ist sehr schön, komfortabel eingerichtet und wirklich gemütlich. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Im Kaminofen an der Terrasse kann man ein Feuer machen oder grillen und dabei auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die Feuerstelle und der große Unterstand wird mit anderen Gästen aus dem Haupthaus geteilt. Claudia und Jens waren immer gut erreichbar und haben sich proaktiv vor dem Aufenthalt bei uns gemeldet und uns erklärt, wie wir ins Haus kommen. Als am vorletzten Tag der Abfluss der Dusche verstopft war, kam am gleichen Tag der Sohn vorbei und hat es wieder gängig gemacht. Vielen Dank! Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Vielleicht kommen wir mal wieder vorbei.

Der Aufenthalt in dem liebevoll, natürlich saniertem Umgebindehaus war toll. Es gibt einen Kamin, der es total gemütlich macht. Die Lage ist sehr gut um Wanderungen im Zittauer Gebirge zu machen.

Niels hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in seiner Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Zittauer Gebirge. Da die Wohnung sehr geräumig ist, hatten wir mit drei Erwachsenen und einem Jugendlichen genug Platz. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen. Dadurch waren die Abende sehr kurzweilig.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und alles wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt mit Bernd und Annemarie war unkompliziert. Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage dort verbracht. Zur Wohnung gehört auch eine kleine Sitzecke, von der man in den schönen Garten blickt. Der O-See ist sogar zu Fuß erreichbar.
