Located on the outskirts of Zittau, you can enjoy the view of the mountains, but you can still get supplies or go into town. The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

Our accommodation is located in the attic of an apartment building, is centrally located and not far from the train station. The bus stop is in front of the house. The apartment is occasionally occupied by me but mostly I am with my partner, so the apartment is mostly empty and is available to you. A washing machine and coin-operated dryer in the basement can be used.
