In front of the entrance there are 2 cozy sitting areas, which invite you to a sunny breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

This cozy house is located directly on the "Kleiner Jasmunder-Bodden" and invites you to spend the most beautiful days of the year here. A private garden area with a barbecue and seating is available to you. In the large communal garden, a children's playground and a fireplace await you.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
