Very comfortable place. Impeccably clean, which is very important. Equipped with everything you need. The biggest advantage is the breathtaking view.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

Such a beautiful cosy space. Super clean! Has everything you could need. Such a quiet, beautiful location. 5 minute drive to the old town Šibenik. We stayed for over 2 weeks and felt right at home. Such a pretty balcony to look out & drink wine or have dinner together when we wanted to cook at home. Such a nice modern layout for comfort. Quiet building, neighbours are friendly and respectful. Better if you have a car to explore the city, although Uber is also available! Short distance from the Krka Park, and wineries. The hosts were so well attentive & helped guide us on where to go! Lovely stay. Beach access with gorgeous and makes it worth every cent. Bed was comfy and the air con was one of the first we have had on our trip that didn’t make a weird noise! The name of the apartment is on G**gle maps but when you actually arrive it’s only identifiable by the unit number which the host didn’t provide us. We figured it out by the photos though so all was fine in the end

Ana and Nikola were such great hosts! From the first to the last day. We arrived, wrote to Nikola and he came out directly, showed me the parking lot and offered to carry the bags to the apartment. The days here were super relaxed, super nice and above all stress-free. The beach and the city are each 300 meters away on foot. It's the perfect apartment for one, two or seven days, no matter. The next time I am in Croatia, I will definitely book this place again. Free parking, clean apartment, drinks in the fridge and coffee available. And great location. Then cheap, we were happy all around here! Thank you so much Ana & Nikola!

The vacation was amazing. The location was amazing close to the beach, marina, restaurant and shops. View from apartment was breathtaking. Flat was clean and exactly like on the photo. Owner was kind and friendly with us. We recommend it 100% and we are sure we will come back next vacation. Thanks to Josip and his wife. Best kind family. ❤️

Ivana & Robert have a wonderful place right on the water! Such welcoming and friendly hosts, their positive vibes are infectious. The apartment is one of many in the building and is family oriented with lots of happy children running around. We were delighted that there was a SUP for our personal use! Just a heads-up for future guests: there was some impact noise from the apartment above and the balcony is not very private being split between three apartments by aluminium slats though it doesn't really matter because of the incredible unobstructed view 🤩

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

Everything was wonderful! I loved how clean the home was and how responsive Lina-Natalia was when we needed something. It was great how close the home was to town so we could walk to things. We hope to come again someday.

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's place. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed – a lovingly prepared sausage and cheese platter, bread and pastries as well as a filled refrigerator with drinks immediately made us feel welcome. The place was clean, very neat and well equipped. The pool in particular was a highlight - perfect for relaxing. Martin and his family were incredibly friendly, helpful and always pleasantly reserved. You can tell right away that they really care about the well-being of their guests. Thank you for the great time!

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. We were 6th there and we lacked nothing. Downstairs there was a "sofa bed", which was also super comfortable. Everything was clean and as a little attention to welcome there was also a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The hosts were mega friendly. When we asked what to do in the area and also a little further away, we were informed of EVERYTHING within a very short time - of any activities, good restaurants, places to look at, etc . Further inquiries were answered within a very short time. The check-in and check-out could be individually coordinated. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely book again!

The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

Amazing place! Host was really nice, super well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi for working. We got cake on arrival and fresh fish from the hosts parents.

I would recommend the place to anyone and book again anytime. You are actually right on the beach, it's a maximum of 2 minutes walk. Nearby is the promenade at the beach bars and restaurants, you could also bring dogs everywhere. Price-performance was great

Wonderful place with a friendly host!

We had a fantastic time and the place exceeded our expectations! The apartment was perfect for the three of us – very clean, cozily furnished and quietly located, ideal for relaxing. Nevertheless, only a few minutes' walk to the beach and about 10 minutes by car to Šibenik. Tijana and her family were always available, extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Thanks again for everything!

I stayed at Iain And Joyce's place for about ten days in August. I would say everything is perfect, the location is beautiful directly on the sea in the private property of the residence so without cars or traffic you fully enjoy nature. The apartment is furnished in an essential way and is an added value for a vacation home, bright and spacious. There were three of us and the size was perfect. The terrace is magnificent for dining and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is located inside a residence where you can enjoy all the services from the various restaurants to the market. Contact with the hosts despite not being on site has always been immediate. The only drawback is that it's so relaxing that the urge to move around the location is so relaxing. Super Recommended !
