The peripheral location (therefore with few shops within walking distance) is abundantly compensated by: a very pleasant terrace overlooking the beach, a stone's throw from the sea, very bright and well-distributed rooms, excellent air conditioning system, well-stocked kitchen, very clean bathroom, clean and fragrant linen in abundance, comfortable beds. Despite the heavy traffic on the Aurelia, the night was very quiet thanks to the windows and cool thanks to the air conditioning in all the rooms! I recommend it for great value for money

We loved our stay at Elena's. The apartment is beautiful with the terrace and sunbed nook as the cherries on top (just bring bug spray for the midges!). The quiet yet efficient AC and private parking were also a welcome inclusion. Elena is extremely helpful with suggestions of places to go, helping with dinner reservations, etc. La Gioiosa and Rosita, both a short walk away, were excellent dinner spots when you don't want to drive, and the beaches below are stunning to while away your time in the sunshine and cool water.

This place was exceptional. We booked the day before, and Monia was super responsive and helpful. Everything was as described, clean, beautiful, and as pictured. The pool was amazing, kid friendly and the views are unbeatable. While the beach is within walking distance (walked down and back with a 3 year old!) there were about 1587 steps so prepare yourself! We would definitely book this place again. Parking was easy, and secure. Building is beautiful. If I could give this six stars, I would!

Hi Valentina and Federico, Thank you for welcoming us to your apartment, which is cozy, clean and well-equipped. The courtyard is convenient for unloading luggage, and there is free parking across the street when not present on site. The location of the apartment is perfect for reaching the beaches of Bergeggi and Spotorno. Very welcome welcome based on vermentino, trofie and pesto, and really useful tips about the restaurants in the area that I took advantage of. The beautiful terrace allowed us moments of true relaxation. if we return to the area, we will definitely return to your apartment. Daniela and Luciano
