Dream apartment 100 m from the beach with sauna (Usedom)

Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The wooden pond district is located in a quiet residential area to the adjacent museum yard and the museum harbor. There are restaurants and bars on the waterfront within walking distance. Further via a pedestrian bridge, the historic city center can be reached in a few minutes' walk with the market square and all the various shopping, doctor's offices and other daily needs offers. Sunny, quiet apartment 5 min to the beach and center

Best location in Zinnowitz on the Glienberg. Our ocean liner apartment is located directly on the impressive beech forest through which a short path leads to the beach. Apartment with distant views, to the south and west, quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle, yet 5 minutes walk in the center and on the beach! Private parking right outside the front door! There is a Sauna in the house. I answer booking requests immediately.
