We offer a quiet, furnished one-room self-contained apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 3 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient transport connection directly on the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

Mitten auf der grünen Wiese in unserem Garten bieten wir einen liebevoll gestalteten Schlafwagen zur Vermietung an. Für maximal zwei Personen stellen wir hier einen entspannten Rückzugsort mit der Möglichkeit für Lagerfeuer und Nutzung unseres Grundstücks zur Verfügung. Der Wagen ist ausgestattet mit Strom, einer Kapsel Kaffeemaschine und allem nötigen für den einfachen täglichen Gebrauch. Eine warme Dusche und Toilette findet Ihr bei uns im Wohnhaus direkt nebenan. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!

The apartment can be reached by elevator. It impresses with its elegant design and high-quality furnishings. On approx. 88 m² of living space, you will find a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen, two stylishly designed bedrooms as well as a luxurious bathroom and another bathroom with shower. The floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and friendly atmosphere, while the high-quality tiles and underfloor heating guarantee a cozy living feeling.

The penthouse apartment has a large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. Towels are provided. In bedroom 1 there is a single bed of 200 x 100 cm and, if required, a folding bed of 200 x 100 cm for the 4th person. There's also a desk here. From this room, a door opens to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a size of 200 × 140 cm. A children's travel bed can be provided. Bedding is available.

The property is ideally suited as a starting point for walks, excursions, hikes and cycling tours around the Black Forest and Swabian Alps.
