Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machine, freezer and more (see the whole list of amenities under more info). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is predestined on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

A private balcony offers views of the historic harbor, with a round table set for two featuring glasses of rose wine and a book. Surrounding buildings reflect maritime charm, while the serene waterfront can be seen in the background.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The location in a well-kept vacation home complex is ideal for a variety of excursions in the area. The house itself is superbly equipped – we didn't miss anything. Particularly positive is that all important basic items such as salt, pepper and other daily necessities were also thought of. So we were able to arrive directly and feel comfortable. Check-in via the rental agency was quick and completely uncomplicated. The contact with Bernd was very friendly and pleasant. We will be happy to come back – a clear recommendation!

A modern wood stove is centrally placed, with a visible fire providing warmth. Surrounding it are a stack of firewood and a vibrant green armchair. Colorful curtains frame a glass door, while a dining table and wooden chairs create a functional and inviting space.

Dieter was a very nice and helpful host, with whom you could have a wonderful conversation. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, was simple and we quickly felt comfortable! The proximity to the beach in Zierow (about 8 minutes by car) and Wismar City (about 15 minutes drive) were an additional plus.

A serene water view is presented, featuring gently rippling water that reflects sunlight. The horizon showcases a line of greenery along the shore, under a clear blue sky filled with bright sunlight.

Holger's place was great for my wife Julia and our little daughter (5 months). In the kitchen, absolutely everything was available. The room next to the garage was great as a shelter for the bikes. In the long run, the way out of the kitchen up to the actual dining or living area may be a bit annoying. But with the two trays, this was also no problem and you keep fit :)

We spent a week at the end of winter. In the sunshine we were able to enjoy the surroundings in the garden. And on cloudy, foggy days we spent time in the sauna and by the fireplace. By bike or on foot we could explore the surrounding area on the sea shore. For us, it was a successful place to unwind. But also excursions to the surrounding area with small cafes, with the Hanseatic cities and the good restaurants rounded off the vacation.

We were traveling for a spontaneous week trip. Jeanette responded spontaneously and flexibly to our extremely short-term booking. Cleaning in advance was no longer possible, but the house was still clean. The place was lovely and matched the pictures. For our offspring, the built-in crib was a nice detail.

A cozy corner of the living room features a spacious grey sofa with plush seating. A white coffee table with circular placements sits in the center. A soft pet bed is located beside the sofa, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere.
