The 2nd floor offers space for the whole family - with a large living room, a dining table for 4 people and an open kitchen! The lovingly furnished thatched-roof house “Drei Möwen” offers sea views and a large garden with a wooden terrace, beach chair, hammock, fireplace, and sauna with a rain shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. In one bedroom, the lounge chair can be converted into a bed. The natural, flat Baltic Sea beach with playground and beach bar is within minutes walking distance. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers. Therefore, no pets are allowed.

Apartment and fitter apartment, central location!

Wismar, the old Hanseatic city on the Baltic Sea, the old house from 1921 was lovingly renovated by me and Björn (my son). It is very central, you can reach the harbor and the shopping mile very quickly. Bicycles can be parked in the small courtyard. Next year we want to renovate the courtyard. Parking in front of the house with a fee, for unloading ok. Then drive to the Schiffbauerdamm. There are two parking spaces there. One with fees and one without.

In summer, we recommend a canoe trip on nearby Ratzeburger See or a shopping trip to Lübeck! Wedding parties are possible on the farm! The house has a full basement.
