Wir vermieten unser geliebtes Haus mit Wassergrundstück in Bindow-Süd an der Dahme. Mit Steg zum Schwimmen. Bootshaus mit drei 1er-Kajaks und einem 2er-Kanu. Es gibt ein aufblasbares Stand-Up-Board. Das Haus (70qm) besteht aus dem kleinen Wintergarten, Wohnraum mit Schweden-Ofen, kleiner, einfach eingerichteter Küche, dem Dachgeschoss und dem Schlafraum, siehe Grundriss. Ehemaliges Künstlerhaus in der Nähe Berlins: Unser Haus mit großem Garten,wurde in den frühen 30er Jahren (URL HIDDEN) ist nahezu im Originalzustand erhalten und strahlt durch die Verwendung von ökologischen Baustoffen und Farben eine helle und warme Atmosphäre aus. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und persöhnlich. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt liegt unser See mit 2 sehr schönen Badestellen. Das Biosphärenreservat Spreewald,das Schlaubetal und Berlin sind ca 1 Stunde entfernt.

Am See: Tiny house & Grundstück

Ich war für 4 Tage im AirBnB und bin zusammen mit meinem Hund verreist. Das TinyHouse hat eine wunderschöne Lage und für mich absolut ausreichend Platz. Vor allem der Garten, der Ausblick und die Ruhe machen diese Unterkunft zu einem Wohlfühlort. Ich habe alle Nächte im sogenannten Bootsschuppen geschlafen, weil die Aussicht auf den See einfach traumhaft war. Im TinyHouse stand alles zur Verfügung was man so benötigt und teilweise auch mehr als eine Grundausstattung vorsieht. Das Bad war leider nicht ganz sauber, aber in meinem Fall nicht weiter störend. Ich habe den Uferbereich genutzt, um direkt vom Grundstück aus Paddeltouren zu machen. Das war quasi ideal und die Lage am See bietet sich für solche Aktivitäten an. Alles in Allem habe ich diesen Ort als Möglichkeit der Entschleunigung sehr genossen. Großen Trubel, Einkaufsmeile oder viele Restaurants sucht man hier vergebens - aber deshalb war ich auch nicht da… Ich würde sagen, ich komme gerne mal wieder.

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Zeuten entfernt und liegt sehr ruhig. In der Nähe ist ein toller See um die Seele baumeln zu lassen, dort gibt es auch die Möglichkeit zu Essen. Direkt neben dem Bahnhof ist ein Rewe zum Einkaufen. Mit dem Zug braucht man aus Berlin ca. 40 - 60 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Zeuten. Oliver hat uns freundlich begrüßt und stand uns für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Den Check in konnten wir flexibel gestalten. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für einen Berlin Besuch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a fantastic stay at Heinke’s tiny home! While we were studying abroad in Barcelona, we spent two lovely nights in Berlin, and I’m so glad we chose Heinke’s place. It was very affordable for us and nice to be outside the hustle and bustle of the city. The home is adorable and you can tell that it was put together with love. We knew it was far outside the city when we booked, but public transit got us there in around 2 hours, just be mindful of when the busses leave from the stop (Google Maps has the info)! Though we didn’t get to meet Heinke during our stay, we got to meet her parter Irvine, and he was so helpful showing us all around the property and giving us recommendations for shopping and the lake nearby! If we ever happen to be in Berlin again, we will certainly stay here! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Peter und seiner Frau empfangen. Die Ausstattung vom Haus sehr fein. Ein Toaster wäre noch toll. Die Lage ist einfach ein Traum ... ruhig, Vogelgezwitscher, ein Specht, ein Kuckuck und ein paar Meter bis zum See. Hinter dem Haus ist eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Der Hahn war nur zu Gast (Urlaubsvertretung 😉) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
