This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. We rent our beloved house with water plot in Bindow-Süd on the Dahme. With jetty for swimming. Boat house with three 1-person kayaks and a 2-person canoe. There is an inflatable stand-up board. The house (70sqm) consists of the small conservatory, living room with Sweden stove, small, simply furnished kitchen, the attic and the bedroom, see floor plan. Bath/WC are in the extra house, about 10m from the house. If you have a dog, please request in advance, also Craftsman

Former artist's house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden,was preserved in the early 30s (URL HIDDEN) almost in its original state and exudes a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are basic and personal. A few minutes' walk from the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve,the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

Brand new replacement accommodation in almost identical location plus Sunday baker two houses down. Excellent.

Apartment great, airport barely audible despite 3 km distance. However, the accommodation is not always quick to reach in the evening due to the timing of the buses.

At the lake: tiny house & property

I was in the AirBnB for 4 days and traveled with my dog. The TinyHouse has a beautiful location and absolutely enough space for me. Above all, the garden, the view and the tranquility make this place a feel-good place. I slept in the so-called boathouse every night because the view of the lake was simply fantastic. In the TinyHouse, everything you need was available and in some cases even more than basic equipment. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not completely clean, but in my case it was not disturbing. I used the waterfront area to go on paddle tours directly from the property. That was almost ideal and the lakeside location is ideal for such activities. All in all, I really enjoyed this place as a way to slow down. You won't find any big hustle and bustle, shopping mile or many restaurants here - but that's why I wasn't there… I would say I'd love to come back.

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

We had a great stay. The apartment is exactly as described. Very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is about 10-15 minutes' walking distance from Zeuten train station and is very quiet. Nearby is a great lake to unwind, there is also the possibility to eat. Right next to the train station is a Rewe for shopping. By train, it takes about 40 - 60 minutes from Berlin to Zeuten station. Oliver greeted us in a friendly manner and was always available to answer questions. We were able to make the check-in flexible. A great starting point for a visit to Berlin. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Heinke’s tiny home! While we were studying abroad in Barcelona, we spent two lovely nights in Berlin, and I’m so glad we chose Heinke’s place. It was very affordable for us and nice to be outside the hustle and bustle of the city. The home is adorable and you can tell that it was put together with love. We knew it was far outside the city when we booked, but public transit got us there in around 2 hours, just be mindful of when the busses leave from the stop (Google Maps has the info)! Though we didn’t get to meet Heinke during our stay, we got to meet her parter Irvine, and he was so helpful showing us all around the property and giving us recommendations for shopping and the lake nearby! If we ever happen to be in Berlin again, we will certainly stay here! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were very warmly welcomed by Peter and his wife. The amenities of the house are very nice. A toaster would be great. The location is simply a dream ... quiet, birdsong, a woodpecker, a cuckoo and a few meters to the lake. Behind the house is a very nice terrace. The rooster was only a guest (vacation replacement😉) We will be happy to come back.
