The lift to the Sunneggabahn and the end of the valley run are a 2-minute walk away. The Bahnhofstrasse is a 10-minute walk away, while the train station and church are a 15-minute walk away.

Room 303 is located on Bahnhofstrasse (Zermatt's central street) on the 3rd floor of Haus Darioli. It is accessible by elevator. The name of room 303 recalls the family hotel that was founded and run at the time by Anne-Catherine's grandparents, Gaston and Annie Darioli-Graven.
