Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². It is the largest of the three houses to rent. Dogs are welcome. Rowing on the pond, picking ripe fruit from the trees, fishing and the caught fish right on the garden grill: pure enjoyment, in peace and quiet!
