We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! Simply fantastic and provides the perfect way to relax. There are numerous activities in the area that provide a lot of fun, and the accommodation itself is ideal for families with children. The amenities are great, and everything is child-friendly. A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

The house is very nicely decorated and the garden offers everything to really enjoy yourself with the sauna, the hot tub and the barbecue house. The kitchen is great for cooking with several people. We didn't miss anything in terms of cooking utensils and there were enough dishes for everyone. The way to the beach is relatively short.

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

Great place for relaxation during cycling weekend! We were 4 people each with separate bed, had enough space for everyone. Clean, fully equipped kitchen. Sauna and pool are warm and easy to use. Andrzej is friendly and welcoming, easy to communicate and very responsive! Location is a bit distant, but we had bikes and also host advised good taxi service, so its worth it.

Hartmut was a wonderful, responsive host to all our inquires. The space was cozy and plenty big enough for our group to enjoy a nice winter weekend. Beautiful walks around the neighborhood.

A nice, well-located house with garden and close to the beach. Very good facility, parking on the premises, well-maintained. We (5 adults and a toddler) felt very comfortable in the house. Too bad: The windows in one bedroom could not be darkened. There are many restaurants nearby, good infrastructure, and many tourist highlights on Rügen. We will be happy to come back.

The house is large, beautiful and above all very clean. The amenities are amazing, there was nothing missing. The view of the water, the nature all around - a dream! The communication with Thomas was really 1A, very very fun. We would always come back! Book this house! It's worth it!

We had a great family time with seven adults and two toddlers. We really appreciated the good equipment of the kitchen and also the big grill in the garden, especially since we all like to cook. The beds were very comfortable and the house is also very child-friendly with toys and plenty of space. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

We stayed here twice and absolutely loved it both times! The apartment is cozy, super clean, and has everything you need. Aleksandra is incredibly kind and thoughtful — she even left us homemade treats and little surprises. And her pets are adorable! Felt like home. Highly recommended!

Easy check in, beautifu and clean home and great amenities including a cozy fire place and sauna in the house! I would give 10 stars if I can!

We spent wonderful Easter days with our two children (3 and 6 years) in Schmatzin. They were particularly impressed by the large garden with a swing, hanging handles and sandbox – a real paradise for playing and romping. We also felt completely comfortable in the house: It is very comfortably furnished, offers plenty of space and had the best mattresses we have ever experienced in a vacation home. Admittedly, the agricultural vehicles are audible, but after a few nights you get used to it. (However, there was also potato laying during our stay) Our children slept upstairs facing the garden and were not disturbed by it. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet – we hardly saw the neighbors and didn't hear them at all. The surrounding area is scenic and offers numerous excursion possibilities, so it's guaranteed not to be boring.

We had a wonderful, long weekend in a super cozy and well-equipped vacation home. The garden is very well maintained and inviting, the proximity to the lake for swimming and paddling is perfect. The house is super clean, the kitchen is above average well equipped, everything was clean. Bernd was always available, described everything to us superbly and fulfilled all our wishes. The space is highly recommended.

There were four of us and a dog for 3 days/nights in this house. Arrival was great if you follow the directions from Maja. The large garden is completely fenced and the cars (2) also had space. The kitchen and living area were super furnished (because of the dog we took extra blankets for the couch, so unwanted dirt stays away), the bedrooms were also super clean and nicely decorated just like the bathroom. You can quickly go anywhere by car, to the Baltic Sea, to the nearby national park, to larger cities. We liked it very much and it was perfect for switching off.

We had a very nice weekend in the summer freshness - the stay was definitely too short. A great place for quiet activities, beautiful sunsets and relaxing excursions. The summer resort is furnished with attention to detail and you have everything you need. It was super clean and we felt very comfortable. Communication was straightforward and fast. In addition, the owners were also helpful and very helpful after the stay! An absolute recommendation. Next door there is a restaurant - simple but good home cooking for fair prices. The supermarket has everything you'll need.

We spent a long weekend here with child , dog and 4 adults. The house was just perfect, very clean, nicely decorated and nothing was missing. The location both in the village(very quiet) and on the island (super central) is also just perfect if you want to relax but also want to do something spontaneously. Thank you for letting us be your guests.

Susann's place is really great. We immediately felt very comfortable and at home. Everything was very clean, really lovingly and very tastefully decorated. From there, you can easily and quickly reach many sights, cities and beaches by car. Very quiet location overlooking the water and a beautiful well-kept garden. I highly recommend it! We were 3 couples with a dog and were looking for a quiet cottage over New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. That worked out perfectly. My dog didn't even flinch. With its numerous rooms, the house also offers enough retreats, as we spent most of our time indoors in winter. We also all slept great in the beds and loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was also quite well equipped compared to other apartments, so you didn't need to buy everything new. A little more waste separation would be great and a later checkout would have been great because it's a bit hectic for 6 people in the morning.

A small, tastefully decorated house with a large shaded garden in a charming setting and a friendly and accommodating hostess - definitely a recommendation!

Another great few days. We were now with the family for the second time in the house after 3.5 years, this time in the summer. The large terrace to the garden is wonderful, the children romped through the huge garden and the house remains a gem, you feel so incredibly comfortable and everything is available. Markus and Karsten have incredible taste and love for detail, in advance many details also for excursions and restaurants. The two hosts leave no question unanswered and are immediately available - thank you! One thing is difficult at the house, to say goodbye again, until definitely another next time.

The house is well equipped, very well maintained and was sparkling clean on arrival. We particularly liked the stylish furnishings and the sauna. The location is ideal – water and shopping are within walking distance. Communication with the hosts was always friendly and fast. Clear recommendation for groups or families who want to spend a relaxing weekend by the Baltic Sea!
