In the half-timbered house, a carefully developed former school storage room, there are two bedrooms for a total of four people on two floors and an open kitchen in the fireplace room. For a relaxing stay, the rooms were built in a rural style with ecological building materials and lovingly furnished. Enjoy the lake panorama from the windows and in front of the front door. The former estate village of Pulow is a secluded place on the mainland strip of the "Island of Usedom" nature park.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

One bathroom is furnished with toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub, the second bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer. The garden is completely enclosed. Die romantische Einraumwohnung im Landhaus liegt in Menzlin. Das ruhige Dorf befindet sich 2 km von der Peene entfernt, dem "Amazonas des Nordens". Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen, Boots-, Paddel-, oder Fahrradtouren in die wilde Natur des Peeneurstromtales und der Wikingersiedlung "Altes Lager Menzlin" unternehmen. Zur Ostseeinsel Usedom und dem Strand sind es 30 km. Anklam und Greifswald sind die nächsten Städte und einen Besuch wert.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m².
